Anne is the best! I was referred after an ankle surgery and Anne has helped me immensely with my recovery. Also had a remedial massage today from Deb and was stoked. I was never aware of the difference a great remedial massage therapist can make. Could not recommend focus on physio enough!

While mum liked the light exercises, she found the hydrotherapy pool water itchy on her back and neck.
The water is treated with NDiS required chemicals so maybe that was the reason for her itchy skin.
