Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre

Visited this Sports Centre for my kid’s Australian Volleyball Schools Cup event. Great place to play volleyball, thousands of students were playing at this sports centre. It’s spacious, clean and offers nice food. Most likely Brisbane 2032 Summer Olympics, some games will be hosted here. Also a big plus that EV chargers available at this place, however, more CCS 2 chargers needed for Tesla. Many EV vehicles (Tesla, BYD, Porsche) waiting for single EV charger…

What a stunning venue!!! Attended a cheer comp here and all the facilities were beautiful! Car park super convenient and plenty of accessible access!

Great venue for Gymnastics. Cafe is also decent and fast. Nice lawn out the front to pass the time if you need to hang out.

One of the most phenomenal multi dimensionsal sports facilities in Queensland that I have been to. 2 massive halls covering Basketball, Volleyball, Futsal and numerous other sports. Excellent cafeteria, ablutions. Light, open, airy with underground parking. An outstanding facility.

Great for major events such as international futsal competition. Cafe open during busy periods. Lots of court space but not much seating. Air Flow on a hot day can be limited.

Wow. What a venue, multi purpose home of indoor sports and function centre, and home to the Qld Sun's AFL team. They have purpose built venue at rear of complex, with built in pool and clubhouse/training centre.
However the main complex, the Gold Coast &/or Carrara Sports & Leisure Centre has two major halls, one is divided into eight basketball courts for this week's events with a large viewing galley above accessible from stairs in foyer. Other hall has 5 courts with 6th area for training, and can be set up as a 6000+ seated Stadium. Upstairs are a number of smaller office function spaces overlooking courts, with catering areas attached.
Foyer had three catering kitchens for use and a main Cafe set up at North end overlooking ovals and into hall two. Numerous toilet/ changeroom facilities flanked either side of foyer for all courts. And it all sits atop an undercover carpark. Very nice venue indeed.

I loved playing basketball and volleyball here with friends. The booking system is easy to understand and the service at the centre is very kind and helpful. The court condition is always pristine.

Awesome new stadium. I played in the recent Gold Coast Celtics Classic. Fantastic venue to hold this event. I only had one issue, I had an 8am game and the glare from sun on courts 1 & 8 wasn't great.

There for U18 state championship event. Beautiful stadium - 2 halls abt 15 - 20 courts. Easy to access of main Nerang - Broadbeach Rd. Easy access plenty of parking- great facilities.

Clean facilities, looked after by protective services due to being a government building.
Air-conditioned, plenty of toilets, great coffee at the Cafe, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
The basketball courts are clean, nets are in good condition, well lit, I believe there is 15 courts.
Can not fault this centre at all!

A spectacular sport complex and well worth a visit to play a multitude of sports . Highly recommended

My daughters school had a 3day volleyball tournament here. Place was beautiful, clean and tidy. Outdoor area and indoor areas were lovely. Toilets were clean. Very nice place to visirt

Very good Sport and Leisure Centre! Has full-size courts! Large gathering spaces. Cafe, and great parking!

Had an event here and it was nice. Besides the bottle refill station being only at the front. Would help if the installed one inside the basketball court area for easier access.

Came here for a cheer competition - very nice venue with plentiful parking. Location was easy to find. Nice competition venue too, spacious and bright!

Loving it here. Commonwealth and Oceania Weight Lifting Championships are on. Awesome venue.
