Barossa Betta - Bedding & Electrical Appliances

A few weeks ago I purchased a Smart TV from Barossa Betta Electrical and I received the most wonderful customer service. They couldn't have been more helpful or prompt and I must put in a special word for Garry who delivered the TV and instructed me on how to use it.
Customer service above and beyond the call of duty.
I thoroughly recommend we all use our wonderful local electrical company!

What awesome service from the team at betta home living, had a small problem with a connection letting go on an aerial causing the TV to go pixelated, but $5 later a new part, crimped for me on to my cable by the awesome man in store, go home, connect and all fixed. Couldn't ask for better service. Well done team.

I have shopped at Barossa Betta Home Living a number of times over recent months for different things and on each occasion have found the service first rate - outstanding. Each time I was served by someone different and had the same excellent service regardless. They are friendly, professional and courteous. If there was something I wanted that they couldn't help with the advise given was very helpful. My husband has said he experienced the same when he has shopped there and was very pleased too.

We bought a fridge from here on back order, it took a little longer than expected, but the constant communication from staff was amazing, and they even delivered it to Gawler for us. Thanks for such great service

Fantastic service from start to finish.
We ordered our new fridge on Tuesday and it's just been delivered. The delivery guys went above and beyond, they did a full installation for us! We didn't have to lift a finger!

Great store our fridge packed up on Saturday and a new one delivered in two hours can not give enough praise for customer service. The staff were very friendly and helpful did not push for the sale. Will shop there again. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks again for everything.

Needed a new Android and recovery of all our stuff from the old on Android. Not only did Gary sell us a new Android, but being a tech nerd he transferred everything across for us, just because he's a great guy. Thanks heaps.

The old washer packed it in the other day.
After checking our records I found out that we had it over 10 years!
It was a 5.5kg. Fisher & Pykel.
Barb talked me through what was available & I saw a 8kg. version of the same one we had before. With a special price done for me it was in the trailer & home all within 20 minutes.
Unpacked & washing within 30 minutes after that - beautiful
An extra bonus is that not only it being a larger capacity washer, it also operates much quieter.
Going to Adelaide & shopping there to me is old hat - especially with good service & deals made locally - why would you want to do anything else?

Rather unexpected as l have not shopped there previously , certainly have a great selection of electrical goods plus other home ware with out being daunting plus home delivery , great service all the way
