Awesome first visit to Ellenika at the marina in Glenelg. Highly recommended not only for the menu but also for views of the bay and yachts. What lovely food - our mixed meat and seafood platter, grilled octopus, moussaka, pita and dips were enjoyed thoroughly by our party of 6. The menu is different to the usual fare at our Greek restaurants and we recommend you come with empty tummies.

My wife and I were looking for a place to have lunch and came across Hellenika. After reading the reviews particularly the 1 star ratings we just had to walk in! We had the most amazing lunch. Food was perfection, service was spot on friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My advice for hellenika is to put the price up for New Year’s Eve and over demanding out of touch cheapskates won’t book!

We came in for lunch today and we cannot recommend Ellenika more highly! From the dips and pickled octopus to the lamb and quail dishes, from start to finish the food was amazing. We were very impressed with how attentive and helpful staff were. We also thought the prices were extremely reasonable for the quality of the food that we received. We’ll be back with our friends and family to try everything!

Came on a Sunday for lunch with grandparents and was immediately in awe at the venue, was welcomed by staff immediately with warm smiles and was seen to a table straight away, the service was impeccable along with the food, there is a beautiful feel to the restaurant and that is shown through the service and especially the food. The food was full of flavour but super clean (no yucky feeling after).
10/10 best experience!

We were seated immediately upon arrival. The food was beautifully presented, authentic and delicious. Atmosphere was lovely; sea breeze, overlooking yachts on the marina. Clean, spacious, pretty. The staff were friendly and prompt. My partner says to mention that the beer was chilled to perfection.

Great mothers day dinner! We got the tasting menu. No complaints! So much food we had to take some home!! The dips and the lamb were the highlights for me.

This is my new favourite authentic Greek food restaurant so close to home. Loved all the traditional authentic base flavours of all the dishes. We ordered the goat and octopus dishes and I am definite this is the best place to have a goat dish and not to mention the charcoal grilled octopus. I finished the meal with a Greek coffee which was just perfect. If anything I will be back here just for coffee on my drive by the place. Highly recommend it.

Amazing food and service! Could not fault this restaurant. The only reason the atmosphere got a lower rating was because we were the only people at the time we went! (Which we happened to love!)

Ellenika is an absolute gem! Always a great atmosphere and amazing food!

We ran our company Christmas party here last night. It was meant to be held in the laneway (outside), but it was rainy and windy. They moved our booking to the function room instead, which turned out to be a great spot for a party! It looked great, everybody loved the food and the service was excellent.

Our host Abby was amazing and kept doing rounds with cocktails and food all night, she’s an absolute legend!

Thank you for having us - we’re already looking forward to next year! 🍾

I've been here twice. Once with family, once with friends. Both times we've had an amazing Greek dining experience.

The decor and space available is great. Perfect for the setting. Food is great. Meat beautifully cooked, sides and salads to die for.

Can't complain. Pricing very reasonable for location.

The best Greek restaurant in Adelaide where you’ll find great service, food and such a unique atmosphere. The live music is the best you’ll find anywhere. The musicians, Stratos and Peter, are professional and complete the picture of this restaurant by providing an outstanding service. I will continue to be a regular customer with this great combination of food, service and amazing live music.

We went and had mums 80th with all her kids / grand kids and great grand kids. The staff were so helpful as we had a couple dietary requirements and Nothing was too hard for them. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Are you hungry? Do you like Greek food? Then Ellenika is your destination. We had the "Taste of Ellenika" and it is magnificent. You won't want to stop because it tastes so good, but you'll soon enough be letting your belt out. And don't miss the espresso ouzo 'tini - it's just the thing. The service is attentive without being intrusive.

We all walk out satisfied, everything is absolutely delicious authentic Greek cuisine, cooked to perfection, my Grilled Octopus along with Watermelon salad 5☆, Our friends Chicken Souvblaki that marinade flavour 5☆, my husband Lamb rack cooked to perfection 5☆, my daughter not fond of prawn yet her Grilled Prawns she polished it with Greek salad 5☆, and we couldn't get enough the Pita entree those Dips I'm particularly can't stop the eggplant dips 5☆, and leave room for desserts I have the Bogatza yumm, I will recommend the place for those looking for Greek meals and the place is cosy and relaxed. NOTE: this photos does not justify our experience.

So my best friend and I wanted to try this beautiful Restaurant, we were amazed with the food. We had to wait a bit but we didn't mind as we were talking before out dinner came. The plates were really big and great value. I can't wait to go back again and try something else. Great evening and experience. Highly recommended! 😍😊💞
