I don't usually write reviews but I would like to give a 5-star rating to Adrienne and her manager, Phoebe at Witchery, Glenelg for the seamless outcome that I have recently as a result of their efficiency in resolving an issue for me via phone. Their people-centred approach in handling the whole process blew me away. My incredible experience with them has given me the confidence to continue to shop at Witchery. For Adrienne and her team at Glenelg, you have created a great shopping experience for me by taking care of my needs and your can-do attitude and relentless dedication in keeping your customers looking and feeling fabulous, time and time again is second to none.

Great store with very helpful staff!

I love Witchery and their timeless clothing pieces, but didn’t enjoy the customer experience in the Glenelg store today. I noticed that a couple of the shop walls were completely empty and wondering if the store was perhaps relocating premises I asked whether the shop was closing down (stating this in a friendly manner and not meaning anything harsh by it). The assistant replied in a condescending tone, “No, how do you think the shelves get restocked? We have to do it during the shops opening hours...” before walking off. I gestured that I’m sorry for asking the question, collected my click and collect order and left. I found that particular staff member so unpleasant and will be doing my Witchery shopping at another store.
