The pharmacists were extraordinary. They fully disclosed all needed information about the injection I was about to take, were compassionate and thoughtful regarding my needle based anxieties and issues. Kept a close eye on me to ensure I was alright afterwards, and then did everything in my power to ensure I felt better afterwards. They're very kind and considerate and I didn't have a single moment of discomfort whilst there. They've certainly earned a return customer with me

I was vaccinated at this pharmacy and while I was here filled out a script. The service was quick, efficient and caring. While I was there one of the staff members helped an old lady without a mobile phone to register for a booster using their ipad. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Pretty fast getting the vaccine. Staff were extremely welcoming and kind. Didn’t have to wait or line up for my vaccine. Staff gave the needed info for the vaccine so I felt safe getting my moderna vaccine.

I visited to receive a walk-in booster and forgot my Medicare card at home, however, they went above and beyond to find my details and coordinated for me to receive it less than 15 minutes later. The staff were so lovely !

Best pharmacy in the city! And I’ve tried a few! My visits are always quick and efficient and the staff are all great - plus they have a great range of products at good prices. Special shout out to Anne who is especially friendly, intelligent and thoughtful and caring and lovely.

Just to say that I have been a customer of pharmacy outlet wintergarden since 2007.
I have found that they are ,without a doubt, they are the most obliging, knowledgeable, kind and caring pharmacy I have had the pleasure to deal with since this time.
Having lived over 40 years on the gold coast, I moved to brisbane city in early 2005,. Of course, I was sorry to leave my previous chemist with whom I had developed an excellent rapport.
I tried several if not all, the big commercial chemists that existed in the Brisbane city at that time. All , with very little success. The wrong medication, nasty assistants, nothing to make me think this was "my place"'.
Then, I discovered pharmacy outlet wintergarden was opening.
When I first went there, smiling persons greeted me, asked about my medical history gained permission to speak with my former pharmacist on the gold coast about the brands of my prescriptions. They offered me a glass of water, and were interested in what I said. They listened.
I knew after a couple of visits, I had found my "new place" in Brisbane city.
The staff were all exceptional throughout the covid 19 surges. Larn, Ann, Nancy, Claire and Mel would phone or text me how things were. They selflessly arranged home deliveries, and were so kind . They made sure their clients in our community were safe. Thank you all for the smiles, and efforts you made so we could stay safe.
They have helped me make a huge transition in my healthcare a very seamless and wonderful experience.
