Nice parking Lot. Suitable for 2.8m high vehicle

If you book online, it’s cheap and easy. So much better than looking for parking outside. Every time I’m in city, I book it at least an hour ago and then park there.

Was the only 24/7 parking place open after 11pm in the area. And as our hotel did not have any parking, I parked here for the $15 night rate. However the night rate is valid only till 6-30pm. For short term parking (7am to 10 and 3 pm to 7pm, weekdays) then I'd suggest using the council metered street parking on Margaret St and surrounds, where hrly rates are more reasonable. Some of the hotels and serviced apartments if. You're staying in the area may have better night parking rates.

Cheap night and weekend parking. But had lotsa issues getting in ...staff on intercom kinda rude. Cheap parking as about is where it starts and ends really!!!!

Genuinely the worst parking experience of my life. Felt like I entered the fifth dimension of hell. You are made to scan your card upon entering so that when you leave (because there are no spaces left) you still have to pay for the entire 5 minutes you wasted trying to navigate the one-way, paint scraping, life ruining ramps.

If I could rate this car park -5 stars I would. I was there for litterally 32 mins and was charge $35.44 for parking. That seems insane to me. And it's got very tight corners. Not worth the price and struggle.

Parking is very expensive, the price is not clearly shown, and the customer service is unfriendly.

Booked for a weekend long parking, got there and there were no parks! Couldn’t offer me anything! It’s so sharp that only one car can fit through at a time so with multiple cars in trying to find parks it was a night mare, stuck for over an hour trying to get out of there! They weren’t sorry at all, so unhelpful on the phone. If you’re going to take someone’s money when they book put a sign up saying reserved! Or better yet, don’t offer online bookings if you can’t follow through. Won’t be using a Wilson parking again. CareE parking in the city was amazing, told them what happened and they offered us parking at a heavily discounted price for the weekend. Will be booking with them from now on!

The drive up prices are so unreasonable and misleading $50.00 for 1hr30mins . Book online and it is $19.00 great if you plan to go but if just driving through the City and decide to have a look around at a couple of shops hard to book while driving .Five dollars extra you could understand but almost three times the price is robbery.

After you exit via the lift, the doors won't open to let you back in. No phone number or instructions on how to get back in to collect your car! Supposed to be a 24hr car park.

Scam. The advertised prices were significantly different to the price I paid when I left. Why should booking online be 3 times cheaper and save $50. The drive up prices are so unreasonable and misleading

Pre-booked the parking but there was no parking available when I got there.
Needed to drive to other Wilson parking and ended up being late for the appointment.
It was fortunate for me as the appointment wasn't really that important. Imagine if you are up for very important appointment/meeting.
Long story short: cannot really rely pre-booking system.
