Really nice service. I spilt the coffee tray as they were giving it me. My fault but they replaced it all for me without charging me. Very kind!

Bass Maccas never disappoints. The staff are lovely, actually get your order right and not only that, the food is AMAZING. These guys are a shining example of what hospitality should be in general, they seem to enjoy the vibe of their work place and they actually respect their customers. They double check the food and the order, making it an all round pleasant and enjoyable experience. Good job guys and gals

Freshly served chips that are portioned generously. Drive Thru area needs to be checked, but the lady at the drive thru served us politely, so kudos to that!

Just had a fantastic coffee. So good, I picked up the phone and called them to tell them (no, I really did, it was a fantastic coffee!)

Long line but food was good. Staff friendly in drive through.

On the way back from Phillip island to melbourne.
This is a 20 min drive feom phillip island after chocolate factory.
Good to have a small meal while on the road.

Bit crowded and kiosks are hit and a miss. Tables are not the clean flies everywhere. Clearly they are understaffed. I wanted to dine in. However, due to the atmosphere I decided to make it take away and ate in the car. Staff are very helpful despite so many orders they tried their best to catch up and help customers.

Would like to send a huge shout out to the nightshift manager of Thankyou! For taking care of my missus and kids after one of our cars broke down and waiting 2hrs for a tow , the kids were HANGRY!!! and you went above and beyond mate thankyou! This was on the night of 16 of September 2023

Staffs are abit "meh" face, ofcourse from outback lazy bogan environment, negative attitudes towards non white people, or probably due to less pay. I wouldnt expect much either, i usually visit for food and coffee. I would still leave them 5 stars, they are probably the best of their area. Stopping by from long drive day tour, worth the visit. Clean place to sit relex for few minutes, kids playground, Petrol station, drinks.

Refilled my rental car here while returning from penguin island, payment done by my card.
Before laeving I took a small cup coffee which cost around 2.5 AUD, but payment declined by my card 2-3 times. On knowing we had same transaction difficulty a brother in the reception offered it for free ( thanks for his kind gesture) but finally payment successful by another card.

Quiet or busy the staff literally do a really good job. Wish they got paid more for what they deal with. Well done maccas team! Have a wonderful year! ❤

This Macca's has by far the most polite staff you will come across, I've been through a few times and the staff are consistently the most friendly and lovely people to encounter

10:30a.m. food is amazing. Coffee is good.

Bass Macca's is an institution. Anyone coming back from camping can testify to this

Drive through person was an absolute hoot, best drive through experience ever!

Rocketman, as he apparently goes by, was hilarious and worth the stop just to say hello.

Food was hot and fresh just in case that matters!!! A properly made Big Mac.

staff attitudes were a bit solemn, no smiles or pleasantries.

Haven't been to Macca's for so long due to continual bad service, cold Chips and dirty store, went in for a quick coffee, decided I'd get small 🍟, best I have had, HOT and even tasty....lovely friendly service from main counter to pick up coffee counter, store was even clean..
Keep up the great work.....

The young lady that was making coffees did a fantastic job of managing the cafe as well as serving.. considering the manager and drive through girl were doing nothing. Was not impressed with the manager as he could have stepped up and helped..The five stars are for the girl doing coffees and orders..If l had to give a rating for the manager would be a lucky 1..

Stopped here on the way back from Phillip Island. Good display at the beginning of the drive through. However I wish the staff could tell us to take our time. Then we would perhaps order more. After paying for the order, the food was brought to our car which was good. However, one main item was missed. We discovered it and notified the staff member who mentioned that they would bring it right away. We got some extra fries free of charge when the main item was delivered. Five stars.
