Staff are very patient and helpful. Shoes are very reasonable compared to prices back home. Very good buys.

I was served by a lovely girl named Mon, she helped me with everything I could possibly need and that was a lot. I went in with the intention of just buying a few small christmas gifts but ended up purchasing something for each of my family members so it ended up being quite a large transaction. She was very helpful and gave me great suggestions for what the kids like these days and I was hit on christmas, thanks so much to Mon for officially making me the cool aunty.

That fine gentlemen named Josh was very helpful. I needed to get a pair of vans for my son and he helped him and showed him how to tie his shoelaces. Then showed him how to do a front double bicep. Great service.

Went in to get a fresh pair of slip-on kicks, and Bridgette was unreal. Had a specific pair of shoes I was after, and she was able to accommodate my needs.
Her energy was top notch, nothing but positive energy and high spirits. Loved it!

I visited your vans south wharf store today and had a fabulous experience with Jack. I came in with my kids looking for some new shoes, he was wonderful enough to bring out eight pairs of shoes for my kids to try on, he went above and beyond and I will absolutely be returning to this store.
