Had a great experience. It was easy to shop online and I did a click and collect order. My order was ready within 10 mins of being placed. My partner was in the area and I called the store to see if someone could collect on my behalf and the team member was so cheery and helpful and said no worries and they would make a note. My partner went and collected them no fuss at all. Unfortunately these great end to end customer experiences are few and far between in retail so well done Vans!

Thought I'd update my review as I came back here today 16th Jan 2022. My daughter was after a pair of casual shoes hence walked in here and was attended to by staff Melissa. Awesome staff member and awesome customer service. Could not ask for any better. She was very helpful and pleasant. Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and left happily. Highly recommended.

Good store with a very large range of t-shirts, caps, etc. Nice staff and clean organised shop at fairly good prices. Went in today and clothing were selling at a very good price due to Black Friday sales. Quality stuff too. Would definitely be back and recommended.
