I don't normally write a review but this time just couldn't go pass! Great service from the lady who helped me, I forgot to ask her name but she is pregnant! She helped find the shoes I want (even go through the new delivery they just received!) and did not hesitate to bend down to make sure the shoes fit my kids perfectly. This is not the first time I have great shopping experience here, great bargain and best customer service.

I am a customer of puma DFO Moorabbin so I can speak for the workers as I also work in retail. I have spent some time reading the google reviews that have been posted, I have to say people need to stop and understand that the customer is not always right. There are laws and rules in retail set not by the workers but by the company leaders. If they are in any way rude ( never found them to be rude as I show them respect as there are some ones daughter or son or love one.) may you need to stop and look at yourselves.
1- you can not return any thing in this world with out proof of purchase, that does not mean your word, a bank statement or anything other the a receipt
2- if you have children watch them as you would not like to have children running around you house and throwing everything around.
3- the next time I am there or any shop anywhere and see they young girl or boy at the counter being threatened or yelled out because the customer did the wrong thing and then want to pass their mistake on to the poor innocent worker that is only doing their job and following the rules ( that are not new to anybody) not set by them, I will make a personal point to put them in their place as I am mid 30 well built male and see how they like to be spoken to and belittle the same way they do to others.
Well done to the team at puma for doing their best during a difficult time for the whole world, keep up the great work as you are on the front line and stay safe 👍

Got a good deal for shoes and if you need to do exchange or return, their terms are 30 days exchangeable with full receipt and shoes must be in good, ready to be resold condition and box at any DFO Puma outlets only.
