The prices are much cheaper than other online or physical retailers, product was shipped promptly and Lei was super helpful when I visited the warehouse. Would buy from here again and recommend to family and friends

Absolutely outstanding service. I ordered 4 custom made blinds on Monday and they had them done and dropped to my unit on Saturday. Very fair price too. Highly recommended and Lei was a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered 3 pairs of eyelet curtains & I am so pleased with them! They arrived super quick & unlike some I bought from another retailer who said they were white (& were not!) these are an actual bright white. So happy with the service, product, price & delivery time!

I bought curtains off this website recently, and wanted to return or exchange them as they were too small. I have called and called the mobile number on their website, with no answer. I did receive text msgs saying they will contact me, which they have not.

In the package there was a card that said to leave a review, if I was happy with them. Unfortunately, I am not happy as I have chased them many times and still not spoken to anyone.

Too late now as I have bought new curtains elsewhere.

Just wanted to give you the feedback as your customer service needs some work. I would have told you over the phone but no one answers or gets back to me.
