Prouds the Jewellers Leopold

My husband and i went into prouds in leopold as my hubby wanted to buy me a new ring. The team member that served us was absolutely great we disnt get her name as she helped as save money instead of getting the ring resized witched would of cost as a $150.00 she said to have the remake the ring to me size for $80.00. So then by doing that way it doesn't weaken the ring. So thankyou to that lady staff member. People like me will always come back to prouds when you can save as a few dollars. As every women loves white gold and diamonds. Or silver,yellow gold ect.

the employee that served me was a great help recommend me a better chain that suits more with the item I received and was still in my price range.

Had Suzanne today (hopfully spelt that right) and another young lady (sorry didnt get your name) Suzanne was so helpful and patient with me and came out with a great solution to my not wanting a chunky wedding ring set. And the other lady entertained my baby for me :) Thanks so much great customer service all round

WHAT A SCAM

I bought a bracelet for my wife as a Xmas present. As it was a little big, she took it back to exchange for a better fit. The store had little options and when my wife settled for something cheaper, they refused to provide a refund for the difference and offered a gift voucher. My wife did not want a gift voucher and although the receipt clearly show a refund can be given for products that are not fit for purpose, the sales lady refused and offered no other option.

Very disappointing

Bought a watch for my daughter for camp here (cos she can’t take her Apple Watch) and she didn’t want it so took it back unopened Agee days later but the company declines refunds and only provides store credit.
I think this is poor business and certainly means I will avoid purchasing from Prouds ever again. (After I find something else cheap and nasty there to use the store credit on)
An alternative experience might have been “yes no worries” providing a positive experience and confidence to shop there in the future - but no! So never again!

Shocking returns policy states on receipt that can be returned for exchange if unworn condition ring up to see if they have a smaller size and get told they won’t exchange to be told it states it on receipt which it’s doesn’t.
