The Esplanade Resort & Spa

The Espy is ideally located facing the lake and the dunes. A short walk to at least four fish and chip shops and just a bit further to Macca's. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet, with a view over the pool and spa area. Staff were great to deal with and the breakfast toastie was a cracker😋

My wife and I stayed here last week. I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. Our room was immaculate, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it, a must stay.

Great stay with 2 small kids. Friendly staff, restaurant food was also really good. Rooms were huge and very clean with all amenities to cook plus big TV and beds were comfortable. 😃

Staying 3 nights in August. Staff are excellent. Rooms very good but we did find the queen size bed was a bit worn out. Really well equipped and so nice to have an apartment over a motel room. Highly recommend this venue over other I’ve stayed in at Lakes Entrance

I loved staying here! Nothing was too hard for the very polite staff, the rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable. If you’re lucky enough to get a full water view room you’ll see amazing sunrises. The restaurant food was delicious and daily happy hour made it great value. Top notch customer service and a perfect spot you can’t go wrong!

Great stay here that we had here late last year. Family friendly with amenities such as indoor pool that is popular with kids. Apartment size was great. Location was great too at the quieter end at the beginning of the esplanade.

The only downside is a king-sized bed which is less than ideal when we had booked for 2 adults and one child. A queen-sized bed or having an additional separate single bed would have been better.

Great place to stay reasonable rates. Right at the start of Lakes Entrance, within walking distance to shops. 2 pools inside and out.

We had a lovely stay. Great location. We had a one bedroom apartment. Good layout, very well appointed and great view. Could easily have stayed here much longer. Happy hour in the bar at 4.30 to 6pm - $5 for beer and wine. We had dinner in the restaurant and the fish and chips have got to be one of the best I have tasted. The fish was local fresh whiting and you'll notice from the photo the amazing quantity of fish which was served hot. A very pleasant stay where I would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this resort! The location couldn't be better, so close to the lake and sea. The rooms are lovely and very clean..happy hour at the bar was fun and good value...the heated indoor spa and pool was actually warm so great for the cooler weather we experienced. The meals we had were large and really delicious and also very reasonably priced. If we'd tried the food the first night we probably would have eaten there our whole stay! And a big shout out to your very hardworking Donna...efficient and friendly a real asset to your business.

Great place to stay when you want to get away from the busy city.

Best accommodation in town. Bar & Restaurant open 7 days (breakfast, lunch and dinner and happy hour) with good and varied options to suit most). Central to everything. Indoor and outdoor pool, lovely rooms and on-site parking.

we had a 1 bedroom apartment. great room, very firm and comfortable bed, good shower. great location with aldi supermarket and visitors center next door.

I enjoyed my 3 days here. Our room was very clean and our view, very good. Service was of a high standard and the facilities well above average. When I return back to Lakes Entrance, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Really nice rooms, was in 1 bedroom apartment.. neat tidy and comfortable. Only downside bed is bit lumpy, but not too bad. Showers good, supplies ok. Staff were great and helpful.. would recommend

Great location, one of the best higher end accommodations in Lakes Entrance. The pool area is amazing in summer and the restaurant down stairs is great, only downfall is service is slow due to staff shortages at the restaurant and we had to wait up to a hour between meals and each cocktail.

Only came here to have a little dinner date with my daughter. Waitresses were friendly and very accommodating. Had an amazing dinner and a over all great experience.
