They have one of the best view at Lake entrance.

We were served at the counter instead of the new screen by a young man called Alick. He was great, pleasant and had great customer service skills. I noticed when he wasn't serving he was cleaning and talking to other customers. We'll done Alick I hope Maccas appreciate you like your customers do.

Excellent service. The manager Emily and crew were so kind and accommodating, even though we rushed in five minutes before closing time and stayed till five minutes after. Thank you so much Emily and crew, we really appreciate it.

I went there last night 6/4/16 and ordered two bacon and eggs muffins at 8pm at night and the man said "I won't sell you the cooked ones, they are a bit old, we will cook you fresh ones" he then told us to wait in the waiting Bay and then brought out the two nicest muffins I have ever had in the pouring rain!!! GREAT SERVICE WHO EVER YOU ARE!!

Quick drive through experience. Nice coffee. Very good frappe. Dank nuggets- can never go wrong.

Fast service. Very convenient as most other fish and chips shops and restaurants were closed when we got here at 345 pm.

Family of four coming back home from holiday/road trip from sydney to south east melbourne. Having a few car problems so limping it home and picked here to stop for late breakfast/lunch and ordered four create your own burger meals with mixed extras and I was blown away that the order was spott on the first time and tated good. Very happy with the sevice

I've eaten at McDonald's from Cairns to Melbourne and I think they are one of the best McDonald's outfits around. A good portion of the staff are mature age and long serving and I feel this makes the quality of both the service and food so much better than you might otherwise get from a less experienced and a younger median age group of personnel.

The drive through service is usually fast and the coffee from their machines is often much better than you would get from the nearby Bairnsdale McCafe hand-made coffee. It's also located close to the water and esplanade so once you get your meal you can go sit and enjoy the view while you eat.

Got 2 coffees this morning through the drive through and they were among the nicest and well made Macca's coffees we've had.

Super busy as they're the only place open. But the service was still good. Well done

Always good for a quick meal where you know what you are getting.
