Highfields Tavern

Really friendly staff and very accommodating. We ate at 6.00pm on a Tuesday night and needed a booking. By 7 they were full. Food was affordable and tasty. They had a fenced in outside playground and were very accommodating of kids. We had a great time there and would highly recommend it. Just make sure you book first.

We had a delightful experience, Dylan served us and we were running a little late for dinner and he was incredible about it. The chef was amazing and delivered our food personally. Highly recommend this place and the staff are top notch. Food was incredible service was even better!

Celebtated a 30th last night in function room. Food was great. Service was top notch. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

A lovely warm place to meet up with friends for lunch on a cold July day.
Everyone enjoyed their meals and deserts and coffees.

Our group were so pleased with the extra special service we were given while enjoying a wedding lunch at the tavern. The staff were so friendly and made the guests feel like royalty.
The food was excellent especially the entree share plates and the steaks were cooked exactly to order.
I would certainly recommend Highfields Tavern to anyone wanting quality food and great service.

Great food. Didn't have quite what I wanted but I asked and they were more than willing to make what I wanted. Fabulous friendly service.

Had a function here and could not fault the service. Staff could not do any more to accommodate me to make the day a success.
Room was set up as planned and staff liased with me regularly to make sure everything was going well.
Food was nicely presented.

Me and my son really enjoyed our meals ... It was packed but food came out really fast. My son is very fussy but he ate his whole meal. Reasonably priced.service was good. Meat has a lovely flame grilled flavour

I was out there a few yrs ago, and the service and food and staff was not pleasant. But went last night and the food was tasty & great. The staff was very pleasant. A massive and enjoyable experience from awhile ago. Will be going back again..

What can I say!
We had my husbands 50th in a function room & it was a wonderful experience.
The staff are absolutely amazing! Kind, caring & nothing is an issue. The room was beautifully set up with balloons, linen, cake & gift table.
Everyone enjoyed their meals & were totally satisfied.
We will not hesitate to return again. Any other large group parties will definitely be hosted here.

I was with 2 busloads of people in a special room. Staff did exceptionally to deal with all of us; it is difficult. I suggest a bell or small microphone to gain everyone's attention.

Great service and always good food

A great friendly place to get the boys together for a beer or bring the family along for an enjoyable lunch or dinner complete with all the trims. Plenty of parking spots available and a great play area for the kids while mum and dad enjoy a quiet drink. They have rooms to hire for that special celebration or occasion. Great food, drinks and friendly staff. Don't go past this one!
Enjoyed a beer and dinner with a mate tonight. Highly recommend the beef and onion pie. Top notch food. 👍👍👍all good, no change.😀👍
