Build A Bear Workshop

Went bright and early this morning to pick up the Mudkip Build a Bear that was released today. A big thank you to the staff member who helped me stuff him, they were very nice and professional! Unfortunately the card payment option was not working today for some reason and I had limited cash on me, but I’ll probably be coming back for the cute raincoat clothing set for my boy at a later date :)

Great service from Zoe, the extra excitement to make the building a bear for my children a special memory. Large selection of bears to make. With plenty of options for clothing and accessories.

Magical! Me and my daughter came here and loved it. The staff were amazing and took care of the animals they stuffed, did cute rituals with the hearts and made sure we’d love our bears. Will definitely come again :)

A great place , offering a great variety of characters for childrens to choose from, fill, dress and make their unique Certificate to identify their Stiffed Character.
Definitely a must go to place , if its Stuffed Toy/s that you want to buy..

Recently, I had the unparalleled pleasure of experiencing customer service that was quite simply, a cut above the rest. At Build-A-Bear, Highpoint, my son was treated to an adventure that was nothing short of magical.

The shop assistant we encountered was attentive, engaging, and genuinely dedicated to creating a delightful experience. They were instrumental in fostering an atmosphere of imagination and excitement, and it was clear they took real pride in their work. Their customer service, in my opinion, has truly set the gold standard.

Their exceptional ability to engage my son was, to me, the standout feature of our visit. He was fascinated the entire time, his anticipation growing as he watched his newfound friend gradually come to life. This joy-filled process was beautifully orchestrated by the team at Build-A-Bear, Highpoint, making it an unforgettable experience for my child.

In short, our visit was more than a shopping trip - it was a memorable journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Build-A-Bear, Highpoint, and commend its team for its dedication to exceptional customer service. With staff who are not only professionals but also dream-weavers for young children, it's an experience that simply can't be missed.

I have been in their twice now I got one for myself and yesterday I made one for a friend who's unwell and the staff are so nice there they understood I have sensory issues and let me create my bear somewhere private their so accommodating thankyou guys for a great experience

The girl who was working tonight (2/9/23) was absolutely amazing! She was working alone, and was handling it incredibly well! Our experience was awesome, and I commend her greatly for her hard work and dedication, despite being so busy. Amazing, amazing job! :)

Had a great time! Chloe was wonderful she even did the heart ceremony for my frog, as an adult it made the whole experience a bit more special.

Went in today at around 5pm for my little sister's first ever BAB. There wasn't a large variety, but we still managed to find what we were after. Olivia was amazing! She was super kind and enthusiastic in assisting us. Seemed very experienced and even memorised the whole heart ceremony! Thank you for making my sister's experience a great one! Definitely will be returning thanks to your wonderful customer service!

Went to Build a bear last Saturday with my friend as she had never been, we had such a great experience. Melissa who served us was just amazing and so helpful and patient, as anxious people she made us feel quite welcomed.

I am so amazed. I took my 5 year old daughter to Build a bear over the holidays and had such an amazing experience. All of the staff were so kind, Mia in particular. My Daughter loved her and she truly made our time in the store so special. Thanks Mia!!!

My friend and I were served by Pearl at your Highpoint store and she was AMAZING! We were both so impressed with her and the store.

The store is a good size and the layout is good, there is a large variety of soft toys to choose from and plenty of cute outfits and accessories.

My friend had shopped at several of your stores before, but I had not, it was my first time making a bear and I was a bit nervous.

Pearl provided wonderful customer service- friendly, professional and very efficient. It was crazy busy being a Sunday but she was patient with us and made sure we were happy with our purchases and answered all our questions.

Great employees are tough to come by- Pearl is definitely one of them 🤩.

I had my first built bear with my voice recording. It was great experience for me and my children.

Chloe served me today at build a bear to get a vulpix and she was fantastic, kind and very helpful. She gave quality customer service and I will definitely return!

We were served by Fiona and I’m not lying when I say she was the most friendly sales assistant we have ever come across. We walked into the store at 8:50pm with a massive request (not knowing the store was closing at 9 instead of 10 like the other stores). I was wanting to record my late grandfathers voice in a bear to give to my Nan for Christmas, and Fiona went above and beyond to make this possible, staying beyond closing time. She was such a beautiful human and I couldn’t recommend her and this store more highly! Thank you 🥰

We were lucky enough to be served by Melissa at the Highpoint Store who moved heaven and earth to get us the perfect present for a family member.

So so happy with my experience here today! I brought my partner to make his first ever BAB today and the lady who helped us out was amazing to talk to, had great taste in in-store music and was super helpful. I wish I got her name, but, to No-Shirt Burt’s creator, if you’re reading this - thank you so much! I was extremely fond of Build-A-Bears as a child to the point where I celebrated my 10th Birthday at one, and I’m so happy the spirit of the store is still being kept alive 13 years later ❤

I hope I’ll get the chance to take another hour-long tram ride to the store and build more friends soon! It was 110% worth it.

(If I had a comment for the company: It would be really great to see more original Build-a-Bears and clothing rather than the majority of the plushes available being known fictional characters, and the clothing plush-sized character cosplays. I understand the revenue-generating power of sponsored items but it feels like the originality element of BAB is being slightly neglected today as compared to the past. Both when I was a child and today, the novelty of making a build-a-bear instead of buying a pre-made toy was to be a part of creating your own unique stuffed friend, rather than something that already exists. Still, it’s good that the options for fictional plushes exist, if a bit too much 😀).

They didn’t have the Knuckles or Sonic bear in stock but they gave me a limited edition Beetlejuice bear that was used on display when he was brought out to the public few years back.
