What truly sets Gotcha apart is their commitment to customization - you can fine-tune your beverage to perfection by adjusting sugar and ice levels to your liking. I, for one, chose to savor the pure essence of these exquisite teas.

Gotcha farm their own tea, and their drinks are natural. Yep, there's no chemicals or additives. Their drinks are absolutely delicious. I had a Taro fresh milk w mini pearls, which was so good. My mate had a blue pea fruit tea, which was fantastic

Lovely friendly service and pretty quick given that everything is made to order. I'll be back.

Fantastic atmosphere and drinks, one of my favourite tea places.

The atmosphere is cozy and looks great, and you are able to order your tea with all specifications (sugar level, ice level, size) using the touch screen. The pearls are slightly warm due to being freshly made, and they give you a lot. You can really taste the tea 🍵 which I am very satisfied with - it's not just sugar and milk. Great stuff

First time trying Gotcha and definitely won’t be the last time!

We got to try:
- Purple rice fresh milk
- Brown sugar fresh milk
- Strawberry macchiato

Can totally say their Purple rice fresh milk is my new favourite boba drink. Not only it’s from the Nutritious Healthy series but it’s also light, not as heavy compared to the yoghurt version and not as sour.

The boba from their brown sugar fresh milk is nice and soft. The strawberry macchiato is a bit sour to our liking but definitely very refreshing.

Definitely coming back to try other boba drinks!

This place is very nice. Not a huge fan of many of their drinks but the black sugar coffee is good.
The best feature of this is the kpop cupsleeve events they allow to take place there.

I ordered a black sugar milk tea and it was great! It had the perfect balance of milk and black sugar syrup. The cup it came in was super cute too!

One of the most immersive drink stores to go to, I normally get the Grape Green Tea which is just is just super sweet and refreshing. The waiting time is good for the amount of time you’ll look at your surroundings.

Gotcha is really great with their seasonal menu items and the constant collaboration/innovation projects! Following their Instagram and popping by for time-limited events is always fun!

I don’t usually like fruit teas but their lychee green tea is so refreshing and perfectly sweet. Definitely coming back to try other drinks.

Gotcha Fresh Tea is among one of my favourite bubble tea places for their variety of delicious and well-designed milk teas. Conveniently located at the corner of Melbourne Central, This particular branch has a nice seating area and very patient and helpful staff.

Very friendly service. Indonesian-speaking staff. She helped me figure out a nice non-cafffeinated drink for myself. Very large space for big groups of gatherings. I’d recommend switching all your plastic cups to paper cups to reduce single-use plastics. The seating areas aren’t the cleanest, but there are plenty of seats to go around.

I really recommend the passion fruit one and the top 20 black sugar one. I just do not recommend at all the Barley Black Pearl Milk Tea, which is disgusting.
The ambiance is really nice (I'm addicted to their sofas).
The only downside is they do not seem to have just plain black tea + milk with tapioca. Also, I wish we could choose if we want it hot or cold (the black sugar tea would be absolutely perfect if the milk was warm 🥰)
Overall, I really recommend it.

Gotcha I think provides an amazing choice of bubble tea for casuals and regulars. The quality of the pearls is consistently great, and probably some of the best offered, especially at this location.

All the classic favourites plus some unique offerings leaves a lot of different tastes to be explored. The black (brown) sugar variants are especially delicious.

It’s not too busy most of the time, but the staff are incredibly nice and work as fast as they can. Great place to stop by for a bubble tea run, or as a treat after a meal. The seating is aesthetically pleasing and well maintained as well.

Great café, it's incredibly clean, lovely and nice looking! I got served by this 14 year old girl, she was the best waitress I have ever seen in my life( give her a pay raise, please) I will surely pay many more visits to this awesome place!

Delicious tea, super fresh and not overly sweet. The current Pokémon collab is also very cute!

bro this place is super silly with kpop events many weekends and the atmosphere is just so nice
