Phoenix and Co

My colleagues and I met here for a pre- Christmas lunch as we live throughout the northern suburbs.
This was my 1st time here and I was very impressed with its location , classy atmosphere, comprehensive menu ( including many delicious vegetarian options for my requirements), attentive service , good portions, and pricing. Ample parking available.
I’ll definitely be back with my family . Highly recommended.

A lovely Cafe, nice decor, nice ambience. Quite spacious, and fairly busy for a Monday lunchtime. Possibly because of their $18 Monday parma special. Which I ordered. It was a huge serving of 2 pieces. Mine selection was the chefs special at $25, which came with a prosciutto, rocket and sundried tomato topping. I had to take about half away as the size defeated me. Prob perfect for a hungry guy. Really attentive helpful staff. A 5 star Cafe experience.

Great food and good staff!!!

Was with a group of 8+ and drinks came quickly. Food came really quick too.

Thought it will be just OK food with the speed that it came *but* I was completely wrong.

With the pork snitzel, the mash potatoes was divine, the mushroom sauce paired well with it and the string beans was fresh and crunchy.
With the calamari salad, the calamari was was cooked right, it was soft and not at all chewy.
With the chicken snitzel, the chicken was moist and cooked just right. The chips was great too.

Everyone enjoyed thier meals and left with a full and happy bellies.

Suggest to add a side dish of sweet potato fries -- they are crunchy outside and soft inside.

Will come back for the dessert!!!

Went with a 10+ group and got the seats near kitchen.

At one point, we thought we'd smell of food as the aroma of the food from kitchen was a little too strong. We just aired ourselves outside and the aroma was gone from our clothes.

The food came quickly even with a large group.

Got the snitzel with mushroom sauce and found it a little too salty. Someone had a pizza and also was slightly salty. Everyone else said their meals where good.

Staff was, as always, great. They were helpful and attentive.

Didn't get a chance to get dessert as we were stuffed :)

Will came again!

Rang a head as we needed and early quick dinner. No dramas, walked in and our pizza was being cooked. Great friendly and helpful staff. Pizzas were fantastic, especially the tandoori and vegetarian. Thank you for a great meal with no dramas. Will be back for a more relaxed time.

amazing food as always! I think the waitresses name was was Alyssa ! she was great. everything is amazing! although we don’t love the coffee here ! Bitter tasting

Mushroom schnitzel and Mexican schnitzel were awesome. Highly recommend. Service and atmosphere were look too.

Extensive menu with excellent food. We've come many times and almost everything we've ever ordered has been outstanding for the price. Cocktails are the best value you can get in Melbourne (trust us, we know), and the service is lightning fast and always friendly. You'll never leave hungry. Super laid back and family-friendly.

Very good food and good environment

We were visiting from San Francisco, and went with teenagers and little children. Service was great, lots of seating, and the good was delicious and had generous servings. The kids loved the desserts, especially the rice crispy m&m treat. Worth going.

Phoenix is one of my 'go to' places!
Food is yum, service is lovely and efficient, large enough so that you can 'walk in', huge dessert selection (fresh!)

Great coffee and friendly staff what more do you need. Something to have with your coffee? Tick taken care of, tasty selection of slices cakes tarts and who can resist the doughnut balls. Great work team.

Awesome place for a stopover during walk to grab a coffee or shake for kids. Indoor and outdoor both have distinct ambience. The food quality is great and staff is engaging.

Fantastic place. Went for family Christmas dinner (19-12) it was excellent. Tables pushed together to suit our large group. Heaps of menu choices. Food was excellent and all served at one time. Staff were excellent and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble, and always done with a smile. Great to hear christmas Carols in background and wasn't overbearing normal conversation. The place had a terrific ambience. We are already planning to have Christmas celebration there in 2023, as well as coming back for other family get togethers. Great wheelchair access for our Pop too. So glad we have come across Phoenix & Co.

I wore my crocs to this food premise and they told me that I would have to plug up each individual hole if I wanted to be served here. So I grabbed the house-made gnocchi and started filling those holes. After about 2hrs of hole filling, I told the waiter. He was so excited he let out a cute "yippie!". He told me to wait right there as he grabbed his manager. The manager came out of his office, which was just a coffin labeled "nap sack" , and told me I could have one of the chefs specials free if I could hit the quan. I didn't know what the quan was, however I did indeed hit that. The manager, ecstatic about what I just did, delivered me a delectable shrimp-loaf (meat loaf with shrimp instead of meat). I very much enjoyed my experienced at Phoenix and Co and would definitely come here again. :)

Service & Food was outstanding, meals were huge and great value form money. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Food always too much of it, but delicious. Never had a bad meal here. Coffee and their small ball donuts - TO DIE FOR 20/10..!!!!!!

As usual the food was delicious. Group of 10 and it all came out together. All wait staff were polite, helpful and smiling. Coffee was good and iced coffee was the best. Plenty of parking out the back. Excellent time had by all
