If I could give 6 stars plus I would ‘ very friendly very helpful. Only thing is I would not go here if your in a hurry because the shop is full of customers who think this place is superb all patiently waiting their turn ‘ just like I did and walked away very happy as they managed a repair to my whipper snipper which I was told was not fixable’ also bought my new mower today and it’s fantastic ‘

Highly recommend. Chris is a legend and fixed my mower on the spot. I went too close to a bush and got the choke wedged on. Absolute legend.

Although a little out of the way for me, this is my "go to" place for anything garden maintenance related. A good range of products and Sandy is always very knowledgeable.

Had my ride on service here for the first time, its never cut or performed better in the time I've owned it, amazing job, I was so pleased.

Great service. Picked up a nice Victa which made short work of our big backyard. Paid a little extra to get the 4 blade mulch version which means not having to empty the catcher every few minutes. Highly recommended.

Sir Thomas Mower has now reached 30 years old (that's 93yo in mower years). It was time for a facelift and service. Mowers and More on Diamond Creek Road did a totally fabulous job with patience, courtesy and competence. Now, Sir Thomas is ready to face the next 30 years.

Turned up on Saturday, mid morning, with my pole trimmer in hand that wouldn't idle. Needed it urgently for a job that day. I fully expected to be given a job number and told to come back later in the week.

But NO,...... the friendly service gentleman came to take a look, and with barely a word set up my pole trimmer with screw driver in hand. A few adjustments to the trigger, handle and carburettor and he had it running like new in 5 min.

He handed it back to me with a nod, and set off to serve the next customer. When I went to pay, I was politely refused, despite repeated attempts on my behalf. So with a heart felt thank you to the lady at the desk, I left.

You just don't get great service like this anymore.
I know where I will come back to when my mower needs servicing.

I needed a couple of V belts for a job at home. Search, Google, websites, it didn't matter which way I asked the question, all the respinses were for on-line stores. Even trying to narrow the search to local, all I got was on-line and from a couple of says to weeks away.

I needed this now. I need this this afternoon. Remembered Mowers and More. A quick phone call, and I had my belts in my hand within minutes. Great friendly service. The way it used to be.

What more can you ask for. I went to purchase a pull start cord for my Demo saw and also Sarah offered to have it fitted. It was for a worthy price. Fantastic service recommend!!!
