I bought the modular pet enclosure. The guys were easy to deal with and the freight was pretty quick. Really good product and only took 20 mins to install. Only downside was the paint finish, but i plan on painting it anyway

Price super competitive on parts I needed and easy to pay online. I was able to get my freight comp to pick up the next day and they were all packaged well. Communication with the company was very positive with quick replies to my questions

ordered online for 1 garage shelving, picked uo and decided to add 1 more set 2x3x0.6 meters… and they ate able to provide immediately!!! so I brought home 2 straight away! quality steel, best price, efficient warehouse! setting up was a breeze!

I bought the 600kg garage shelving racks from them. Everything for ordering to delivery to the finished product was great. They are much cheaper than Bunnings versions, but of same quality. Soo easy to install as well once you get a hang of it.

Didnt arrive with instructions even though the parts were all neatly labelled. Phoned Kerrie who promptly organised the best-looking guy in the shop to video a demo of assembling the unit. Was a 1st class production and a brilliant example of excellent customer service. Cannot rate highly enough. Thanks heaps.

Difficult to purchase as will not accept credit card over the phone. Much easier to purchase online. Both 600 and 800Kg racks arrived within 2-3 days. Bit disappointed because one of the 800Kg uprights was bent in 3 places and must have taken a heavy hit as the metal is not thin and weak. Nevertheless it did not affect the assembly and everything went together really easily even as I did it on my own. Both racks are sturdy and much better than those typical Bunnings units. I recommend fitting the shelves before tightening everything. Good product.

Purchased a garage shelving setup and pretty happy with it. Pickup was easy and assembly straight forward no tools required other than a hammer. Some of the holes are tricky to line up, not much tolerance in the design but once done its a good bit of kit.

Easy online transaction, very helpful staff when I picked up the 4.5m racking, easy to assemble once you get the trick of it (and I'm 70+ and I did it alone!). If I needed more racking for my garage, I'd certainly go to Super Rack for it.

Ordered online and pickup at the warehouse. Very fast and efficient. Showed them the paperwork and they brought out the racks via forklift.
Recommend you bring your car around and reverse your boot towards the warehouse entry/exit.

These are the best racks, so easy to put together, sturdy, neat, just great all round!

Their price was good for factory shelving. The 200kg per shelf seems slightly optimistic, but they were light, fairly well made for Chinese origin, easy to assemble and work well for light and medium weight items.

While I was initially drawn to the competitive pricing, I am really happy with the racking. Solid and went together easily.
The most important reason for the 5 stars is the after sales service. One box of uprights was damaged in transit and after 1 call and an email with some pics a new box was sent out the same day!
