Posting this because reading all the one star reviews last night made me panic unnecessarily. We ordered a sofa bed two nights ago, and last night decided to read these reviews. So much stress ensued, planned to call and cancel my order this morning…. But less than 48 hours after ordering it was at my doorstep. Just want to let others know this isn’t a scam website! Very happy with our purchase

Although our order took over 2 months to come through, when I requested a refund they were really understanding and quick to process. I appreciate their efforts in trying to resolve the issue for me. Hopefully they are able to reach their demands soon.

Avoid these people. Worst service and products ever.

Trust me! If you make any deal with them, you will regret it badly.

I purchased a double bed. The quality and size were not what I wanted. I gave them a call, and they suggested a swap as there was no refund policy, and they only offer a 1-year credit for their terrible store.

I paid extra for the swap and return, and even for restocking the double bed in their awful store. They scheduled twice to come pick up the double bed, but it is still in my house after a few months. I reviewed their website twice, but they declined my review.

The real nightmare started with the king-size bed I swapped for. It took me and my friend three days to assemble. It had thousands of pieces. The edges were poorly finished, and I cut my legs multiple times; I still have scars.

Ohhh! The bed makes very annoying noises when I move in my sleep. It wakes me up, and I’ve tried everything to make it stop. I nailed all the plywood in the frame, but the noise is still there.

I called and asked them to pick up both beds, and I wouldn’t ask for a refund. Their solution was: "For your headboard edges and sharp corners, you may use 600# sandpaper to rectify this. This product has been discontinued."

These people are just a scam, and the Australian government should take legal action against them.

Im honestly lost for words that there's businesses that operate like this! I ordered a side table back in black Friday online, as a pre order item, received an email later in December that I should receive it 21st December, didn't receive anything. I rang the freight company that was specified in the email regarding the package, they couldn't allocate it for me at all after a few days investigating. All there phone numbers for customer service comes up with an automated voice mail that no one is available to take the call. Also there's no response from emails. After reading the shocking reviews I can clearly see why and not sure how they are still operating taking peoples money and not delivering the items!!! Im extremely disappointed and ill be reporting !!!

This company’s delivery timeframe is misleading, they’ve indicated that your item will ship in 24hrs and have even provided a note in the order of a guaranteed delivery date, but that’s just a false promises to lure customers into making a purchase. I followed up and the customer support I’ve spoken to sounded rather annoyed and did not even apologize for delay. My order hasn’t arrived yet… still waiting.. and waiting.. and waiting… Do yourself a favour, don’t order from this online company if you dont want frustration.

Do not buy from this company. The worst online shopping experience ever. No 24 hour delivery No express shipping. The estimate delivery time is a joke. For big parcel you need to be there to pickup, and this company just do delivery redeemly. Have to call more than 5 times to chases my order. Will not recommend！

Ordered the Cali Bed Base from e-living and it is so squeaky and unstable. The worst piece of furniture I’ve ever purchased - you’d be better off going to IKEA. Customer service is going back and forth with me regarding refund. Don’t buy anything from them!!!

Ordered a tv unit. The top panel arrived faulty. Emailed to request refund. After back and forth emails the best they would offer was a $30 partial refund (paid over $600) and replacement for the part. This involves us taking the entire unit apart as it's the first panel to put together!! Buyers beware. Do not purchase from here - easily the worst customer service I have encountered.

The Deep Dream premium matress is horrible. Only lasted before having it replaced. Now 18 months later its for the bin. Pocket spring matresses are the worst cheapest rubbish. Inner coil sprung with reinforced edging is the way to go. Dont waste your money, they feel good for a month then go south.

I ordered a sofa for about 2 weeks and still haven't received it until now. I called to inquire and all the staff replied that I would receive it within the day I called for sure. Terrible. I do not recommend.

Incredibly frustrating experience with this vendor. False advertising. Photos in links don't match the products you receive. Their response to handling issues are unprofessional and in breach of Australian Consumer Affairs who I have escalated my claims with. Buyers beware.
