Silverwater Resort

Good location for a stop, honestly to book your room at upper floor as the floors are squeaking when someone walks.
Highly recommend to visit the buffet, food is good and Tammy is really kind and professional, hope all my staffs are taking care of our customers as kind as she does.
Kids love the jumping pillows

Lovely place to stay, so near Phillip Island-Easy 5 min drive to San Remo or to the Island.
Accommodation was great- bright, modern, functional and clean. Private balcony.
They provided bath and beach towels.
2 pools- 1 cold outside pool with sun loungers, 1 heated indoor pool with spa and sauna.
Soaps, shampoos, linen all included.
Nice kitchen with dishwasher.
Buffet breakfast offered as well as evening happy hour and other meals.
There's lots of room for a game on the grass, jumping pillows for the kids, a games room, bball hoops and tennis courts.
Friendly, helpful staff.
I image it would be busy and noisy in summer holidays!

Have stayed 3 times this year and keep finding myself returning.

Excellent Rooms, Lots of Great Facilities, Friendly Staff , Best location + views and everywhere is so spotless.

Spent 2 nights here. Beautiful resort. Perfect for kids. Jumping pillows, playground, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and tennis court. The room was perfect. Very clean. Staff all friendly. The small menu for dinner probably suggests eating out. Breakfast was fantastic, though.

Stayed for 2 night, was great experience. Good facilities, lovely staff & awesome food. Rooms were very nicely equipped. The only issue was the noise from next door neighbours, wish staff had handled it better. Rooms don’t seem to be very well I nsulated, I was awake until 3:00 am in the morning until the noises subsided.
Big shout out to Renee who was super nice to our teenager son ( who ain’t easy to please) & Deb, Shanay, Sam, Sajan, Nitesh, Wednesday & Alana. Thank you guys, you are the reason we have given this 5 star rating, if it was solely judged on noise it would have been 1 star. Thanks again 😊

The best place to go to for families. It has facilities for everyone. Loved the 3 bedroom apartment. Always feel sad when we have to leave.

Excellent facility, but there's caveat. The gym space is very small so were the games and pool spaces. Not enough room to accomodate enough people during peak season

We rent a two bedroom apartment for our vacation. The rooms are well kept and clean with all the essentials, nice for family outings and convenient for nearby exploration.

The front view is nice as it face the sea.

Stayed in a studio room, was one of the best stays on my trip. The room is lovely (the views from our balcony were wonderful), the room service is convenient and helpful, and we loved playing tennis and air hockey. The restaurant is pricey but delicious. Our neighbors were a bit noisy and we could hear a lot through the walls, but we managed. Walking around the grounds is pleasant, and it's nice to see other guests enjoying themselves.

I can't fault it for what they offer. The full size basketball court, jumping pillow and indoor pool kept my son and I busy (a bit cold for the outdoor pool around Easter). Really nice strip of restaurants, shops and a pier are only about 20min away. Grounds are well taken care of. Beautiful views to take in if you head out the front, past reception - just sit on the grass and take it in.

At time of purchase I did request single beds in each rooms for each person. They did ask how we wanted the beds to be set up. But on arrival this was not the case and they were unwilling to give what we had arranged and paid for. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. Love the family friendly factor. Love The facilities that they have to offer. Staff were super friendly. The views are gorgeous, The apartments are comfortable, facilities were awesome and the fact that they have a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, playground and games room for children make this place an absolute must stay for a family.
Given the fact we were staying 4 days, there should have been a few more supplies such as toilet paper + soaps shampoos, sugar, tea, coffee supplied. But at our request they had no hesitations giving us some extra.
The onsite restaurant is over priced but the food was nice. I wouldn't go to the restaurant again given how expensive.

Resort is great. Rooms were great. Enjoyed in heated pool and spa, clean and well maintained. Food was delicious. Staff was very polite and helpful. Great for stay on your vacation.

Loved our stay here whilst visiting Phillip Island.

Stayed in their 1 bedroom apartment which was nice and clean. It came with a kitchen and full sized fridge. Cooking appliances provided but make sure you bring your own oil and stuff. Only comment is probably some instructions for the oven as it took a while to work out.

Buffet breakfast available on site at a discounted price if you prebooked. Looked good but we didn't have it as we already had breakfast sorted.

Would recommend for those who like to prep or cook their own meals. Not on Phillip Island but close enough that it's worth it.

Booked as part of a groupon deal and then extended our stay. Excellent resort. Staff were great from the moment I booked to our last day. Apartment was very clean, resort facilities were excellent-indoor/outdoor pool, playground, games room, basketball, tennis courts, gym, onsite restaurant (although need a kids menu), cafe for our morning coffees.
Staff were more then happy to provide extra complimentary things as needed. We faced onto a lake and we had birds and rabbits come out each morning. Internet access was great. Any issues we had were resolved right away. Will definitely be back!

We've stayed there a few times. The apartments are clean and modern. Good facilities. Kids love the playground. Helpful staff too.

I was beyond impressed with the service from this resort. We received lots of friendly smiles and had really pleasant conversations with everyone. We were treated like VIP guests. (And we’re not)

The room was perfect! Beautiful views, everything was spotless, all you needed was available. Central heating and cooling, large balcony with barbecue and seating. Windows all around letting the morning sun brighten up my day. Peaceful and quiet. Spotted a few wallabies on the farm next door and the bird life is off the charts. I’d wake up to the sound of my favourite bird, the ‘kookaburra’. The gardens are immaculately kept.

The breakfast schedule is very convenient as they provide 3 different time schedules. The outside eating area on the deck is outstanding with views you think would normally cost thousands of dollars to experience, but here, it’s reasonably priced and you can enjoy these amazing features.

I didn’t get a chance to head to the pool as it was a little chilly but it’s views are as good and then there’s the indoor pool- lots of fun.

The family kid play area has really great kiddified equipment and some exciting huge jumping balloons. Tennis courts look great but didn’t get a chance to play.

All in all, I’m definitely booking again. My new favourite place away from home.

Great accomodation, it has everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, cutlery, glasses of water, clothing hangers for your clothes, a safe, some shelves to stock some things, bedside tables, a TV in the bedroom and living room, a fridge with an ice tray with a tiny milk carton for a lot of space, a microwave, a toaster, towels for the shower/bath and pool, an arcade, an indoor & outdoor pool and a playground for the little kids.

Will definitely come again here, lovely view too!
