Absolutely great bait and tackle shop! Very informative and super lovely! Customer service is great, super honest and not just out to get your money! They're more than happy to be informative when you need that bit of extra help and when giving them my really bad explanations they are quick to help and inform, will be going there again many, many more times!

Craig has always been helpful in assisting me with products and any queries I have in regards to what is and isn't biting, and fishing certain areas of Phillip Island more generally. Whenever I fish at the island I am sure to stop here for my bait and tackle.

Excellent customer service, the lady who helped was informative and shared local fishing knowledge freely. Marked spots on the map, and prices were comparative for touristy type areas.

Very helpful great positive attitude dont know why people say other wise one of the nicest blokes I ever met. Gave me a map with all the good fishing spots on the island very happy with the quality of service and will be back to get bait when I go fishing. lots of options for all kind of fishing and water activites

Craig is a great bloke and will tell you where the fishing are biting , and supplies all the tackle you will need . Good job and the negative reviews you see refer to a United States site of the same name, not this Australian business.
