I've been to a few chocolate factories and this one was by far the best! I loved the chocolate history and how it's all made information. They had games for the kids and big kids and you can even see inside the real working factory. Wow! The tour provides free chocolate delivered via mechanical penguin! For real! Kids just go crazy! If you want some too don't visit during school holidays!

Nice stopover on the way to Philip Island. I liked the penguin spitting out free chocolate discs and the games. Not really a fan of the chocolate taste. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We were in and out in less than a hour. The photo machine didn't email us the photo. The cafe looks spacious. In the day and age of sugar free chocolates it will be nice to have naturally sweetened chocolates here.

Through the self-paced factory tour, you become familiar with the chocolate preparation process from the earliest stages and where the chocolate seeds come from to the final packaging stage.
Throughout the tour, everyone receives a voucher to play 10 games. Kids love this fun part of the tour.
When I was there, I thought about the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory film. The small fantasy factory scenes were the main reason to bring me to that dream world.
I recommend paying a visit to the Chocolate Factory when you are around Phillip Island.

Amazing experience. Delectable chocolate. Did find it hard to fully enjoy myself, though as an adult.

Other peoples kids were going crazy inside with parents not looking after their kids, letting them go free. Kids were hitting buttons, pushing past, stealing chocolates as you won them. Kids are to be accompanied by an adult as per the signage, but very few of them did. They was a lovely family in there with very well behaved kids.

Parents, please look after your children so we all can enjoy the experience. Gotta stop off at the chocolate shop on the way out. Staff were friendly and overworked by the looks of things..

Best place for dinning on Phillip Island. Choice of vegetarian and non veg cuisines. Good hot drinks. Food is served by Robos. They manufacture various range of chocolates which are displayed in their stores. You can see the manufacturing of chocolates with entry tickets. Handicap friendly and clean toilets. Don't miss their high quality food and beverages. Loved it..

Well worth the visit. Good cafe and feature an excellent hot chocolate drink using real chocolate, not a cheap liquid chocolate like most cafes. Fantastic shop where you can buy chocolate goodies for the chocaholic. Factory tours available too.

Fairly reasonable for $18 per adult head. You get a chocolate bar as well as some games credit to play. It’s great for young kids and allow them to explore the chocolate making process. Though weekends are packed!

There’s also an on-site cafe for lunch and desserts. I did wonder out loud why the special was always a curry and rice in a chocolate factory 😂

Delicious chocolate. Worth the ticket price. There are some games inside to play with your friends. You can eat free chocolate during the tour. Café outside has chocolate products and food. You can buy souvenirs after the tour. Had a lot of fun there.

Great for a family or on your own. Beautiful chocolate, delicious food, and learning how chocolate is made with lots of interactive things to do was awesome. The robot is the best, though. 😉 It's definitely worth a visit.

Excellent place, the queue on entry was for the chocolate tour, only, no queue to enter the shop and Cafe. We ate lunch which was generous and tasty and great prices. It was a delight and such fun to be served by the 2 robots .. the kids and adults loved this.
The chocolate tour was the best I've seen I a long time, interactive and so fun. I can't wait to come back and try to conquer the arcade games too. Lovely chocolate and staff here .

Glad that we decided to visit this place. A lot of things to see inside, a lot of games and a lot of chocolate! You will have a chance to make your own chocolate. It is a must visit place when you go Phillip Island. Visit June 2023.

Amazing place. Must visit. Halal chocolate and great game activities. With each entry ticket you get a chocolate bar. Inside you can eat chocolate at different stations and there are mini games also. Kids really enjoyed and ate chocolate. If going to Philip island. Always stop here for a quick stay. It has toilets and shop also.

I found the overall cost of the activity to be quite high, which left me questioning its value. However, it undeniably provided a fun and enjoyable experience for the kids. Balancing the expenses with the enjoyment factor, it might be worth considering for special occasions or when seeking a unique treat for the little ones.

Wonderful experience. But they need to fix up some of their machines as soon as possible. Overall good for having different type fun.

The tour is must to visit with kids. Although it is a self guided tour, its packed with many interactive experiences that kids will totally love them. Educational journey from cacao tree to chocolate and many wonderful display of chocolates. There are game booths where kids or old can enjoy with 10 credits that comes along with the tickets. Penguin robot giving out free chocolate samples with 3 different flavour to choose from and chocolate waterfall where my son really enjoy. You get to make your own mini chocolate creation and eat them which is so awesome! Fear not, place is well sanitised and hand sanitiser available if you are worried about hygiene.

Had an amazing time here! Loved the displays with the moving penguins. The chocolate in the shop is quite expensive but your admission ticket includes a little bar of chocolate so it's not like you have to buy some to sample it. Multiple areas inside the tour where you can sample too. The sideshow games are great and the 10 free tokens to play them are included in your admission price. You get a prize if you win a wooden ball.

Pannys Chocolate Factory is fantastic place to bring kids and older kids. You eat so much in samples everyone loves it . The tour is must , the Cafe have wonderful choices of mains , sweets. The shop a excellent choice of chocolates to buy .
