I was assisted by Tom with the opening of a personal account. Tom was nothing but hospitable and helpful. He was very genuine and welcoming from the get go. Incredibly patient with my questions and event went the extra mile to show the steps to navigate the function of the CommBank app. I'd really like to personally give a major shout-out for Tom's assistance!

Office is close to this branch and whenever I go the staff there are very friendly and welcoming. One day I was far from this branch and about to get some document certified, visited a few branch near me but they all turned me down saying either I’m not their customer or too busy to provide this service. I had to run back to this branch, they didn’t ask me any question then certified that for me, friendly asked what is this for and said good luck on my application. I know certifying document can be a troublesome task and no money to collect, but good altitude explains the service culture of this branch and company.

Haris Avdic is my lender at Commbank and he is the best in the business. Always professional, friendly and attentive with the best customer service also. He was able to help me refinance my loan and get additional loans for my apartment purchases. If anyone is looking for a top lender I would highly recommend Haris for sure. Prompt, reliable and always makes sure you are looked after. Haris is definitely my go to lender.

Staff here are extremely well presented, professional and I genuinely felt as though they were all there to serve and help customers. Very impressed that the branch manager was on the floor assisting during a busy lunch time.

Nice friendly teller

Decent branch I have been to. While I have only ever used the ATMs there, quite clean. Staff look friendly, but I am usually there for some quick ATM action. Sometimes the machine can be slow making a note deposit, but the coin machine is handy to have.

Good service

Staff are helpful but it may also get unorganised. I have mixed experience here.
