Really easy. Pre-booked, entry was easy and leaving too. Spacious car park and we have a big car! I was first hesitant due to the bad reviews and due to previous city car parks experienced but this one was 5star. Well, the prices are extrem but that city car parks I guess.

Great pre-booked parking rates available in the app. Short walk from Queen St Mall and I always get a park right at the entrance. No driving around looking for empty spots.

Very close car parking to Queen Street Mall.
Prices are alright. It’s okay not amazing which is fine.

After 10 pm it costs $80 to pick up.
$10 if you’re picking up from 6am -10pm the next day but only if you’ve booked online.

Beware Parking closes at 10pm. A Hassle especially for the location - CBD not being 24/7.

Absolutely shocking how they can rip you off.
Advertising was for an overnight rate at a certain fee, $20 if I am not mistaken, with entry after 18:00 and exit before 06:00.
Exited the car park around 8:00 am so obviously $20+2 hours extra.
Got charged $100+ and no attendants to assist. Either pay up or accumulate more charges.
Day one, enter after 18:00 and exit 08:00, charges $100+
Day two, enter after 18:00 and exit 06:15, $100+
