Historic side with a hidden plaque showing Resolution Creek, Capt. Cook's Ship Watered Here, 27th-28th Jan 1777.

Beach itself has lots of wildlife (plenty of birds), but unfortunately was quite smokey when we visited, due to the recent bushfires. A pleasant area nonetheless, and ensure to tread carefully and keep to the path (this a hooded plover protected area for chick breeding). Limited parking, but a limited number of visitors too.
