Brought knee walker online from here, ended up buying 2 as I have stairs. They are sanity savers and much better then crutches for my broken ankle. Health fund was happy to pay for one. Delivery was overnight which was great.

The young lady that helped me today was fantastic. No messing asked what why I needed my boot. Then found the correct one for me Quick easy and it has made so much difference. It’s amazing. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The moon boot I bought is already making a huge difference for my mobility and pain in my sprained foot, so excellent value for money.

My wife was recently referred here for a custom made ankle brace for a serious and permanent injury to the major ankle tendon.
Bryan, the technician we saw, was extremely helpful, took his time, gently and thoroughly took the "plaster cast" needed to make the perfectly fitting brace., prescribed by the excellent second choice orthopaedic surgeon we saw. Treatment here was of professional excellence and advice given was faultless. Some specialists should take note! and as for the two negative reviews- perhaps ignorance is the problem - this is NOT a shop.

I had shoddy dealings with an online company called Bodyment also body plus (avoid) they helped me get a compression garment ASAP and were lovely and very helpful. Prices are awesome too !!

We were in a hurry as transport was waiting, the lady whose name I cannot remember served us straight away, in no time the boot was fitted taxi ordered and we were on our way. Top Job

Bryan from Med Acc was beyond helpful with my splint following surgery, coming to see me while still in hospital. He explained and demonstrated for me. I look forward to being able to walk alot more easier thanks to him. Had to stop at the shop front on way home for another splint I needed. I found staff there to be blunt, and lacking in any customer service skills, with it all seeming to be an inconvenience to them.

My partner needed a moon boot for 4-6 weeks just before Christmas. The boot lasted all but 1.5 weeks before cracking and splitting on the bottom and the adjustable knob that changes the size of the brace fell off.

Understandably, we purchased just before Christmas and the store was closed. So I took it back the first day they were open after having our call ignored earlier that day.

They would not offer a refund even though we needed the moon boot till the end of January and had to purchase another one elsewhere.

They charge more than 2x the average price for an item that the reception quoted me as “1 in 10 are always faulty”.

They operate Mon-Fri, what if your boot breaks on Saturday? Do they just expect you to lay in bed till Monday so they can replace their faulty item. That is just not practical.

Our request was not unreasonable, simply not good enough. Please take your money elsewhere.

I rang this firm for information and I found the person who answered the phone "very unhelpful" if not very rude. I wanted information about a knee brace and I was told that they were not a shop and if I wanted the information I needed I would need to pay $55. I am a TPI veteran and I was referred to Medical Accessories as a one of the businesses which could help me. With an attitude like this I can only suggest that I say "Goodbye Medical Accessories" and I will go somewhere else and suggest the same to anybody that reads this review.

Receptionist was rude and even though I had to get a 2nd brace fitted under work cover was complaining to other staff about the extra costing for work cover. The look on her face the hole time was vile.45 min wait with no other customers there.
