Shout out to Anthony and another female pharmacist ( didn’t catch her name I spoke to her on the phone two days ago) for being really kind, taking the time and responsive with my questions/requests. A lot of the times bad customer service is a reflection of the customers themselves. Never had a problem with this pharmacy since I’ve been here. Prompt and respectful staff members. Thank you team

I had stopped going to this stores several months because it was difficult to get assistance but I took my mother there recently and the staff were wonderful.Michelle on the floor took the time to recommend the correct concealer for age spots and read all the products and chose the most suitable leave-in hypo-allergenic treatment for dry hair, Margie the pharmacy looked up my mother's presciptions to check if she could take an over the counter medication and Madeline at receptiion recommended some specials she thought my mother would like if she was having an issue with very dry skin especially on her hands. Keep up the good work and thanks to your well trained staff.

I was here about 2 weeks ago and Staff were super helpful, very knowledgeable in the products i was wanting to buy. Offering samples if they had them to try first took the time to go through ecerything with me 👍

I went into Chemist Warehouse Kedron last Saturday night after I had just gotten discharged from hospital as I arrived at closing time they were unable to let me in.
I had just gotten an uber all the way from the hospital and as I had already had a seizure that day I was terribly afraid and anxious to wait for another uber alone in the dark incase I was to have another seizure. I began to have a panic attack and that was when the girl working at the time, Sophia, quickly rushed me inside and gave my scripts immediately to the pharmacist. All the staff stayed back an extra 20 minutes or possibly even longer after I left to make sure I was okay and to provide me with the medication and support I needed during that rough time. Sophia waited with me for my uber to arrive, gave me a big cuddle and told me to come back and visit anytime. I definitely will be! Not only did your staff provide me with good customer service they also made me feel very safe and secure during a traumatic day. Thank you so much to all of your beautiful staff.

Great service. Particularly their late night closing. My kid needed some medicine and it was excellent they close late at night. Staff were very helpful, provided all the information I needed how to administer the medication.

They have a large range of health products, beauty products, great range of stuff for sensitive skin, good organic range, they even have well priced essentials like washing powder, cleaning products etc. They always have good specials on. I never go elsewhere.

My local chemist and Im glad they are.The staff here are oh so sweet and do not mind a chat or the odd joke.Widest variety of stock and have yet had to go anywhere else.Keep up the great work girls!

Great location, fast service, reasonable prices (in my opinion) and a great in-store experience

Often busy but big range and worth the wait for the savings especially with prescriptions. Generally lots of staff around also.

Love this chemist, I get my scripts from here and lots of other goodies, have been a happy customer for about 2 yrs now, the staff have always been great 😊
