Dr Sharyn was really nice, my surgery went well and healed up in two weeks. I haven't had tonsillitis since which is wonderful.

Thankfully we have health professionals like Dr Kelly who provide amazing service.

Today I had a appointment with another ent specialist for a second opinion to find out not to my surprise I suffer from ENS(Empty nose syndrome )
I wanted to clarify with the Surgeon before I wrote a review
I went in for a simple sinus turbinate reduction (they say)on jan 2023 for an endoscopy when after few days of recovery I felt worse like I was breathing through a tunnel . I never got my breathing sensation back and ever since going Dr to Dr to get treatment Whilst googling to find out I might have ENS. empty nose syndrome
Congratulations Sharon and you are the reason I am suffering as you reduced to much of my turbinates .
Now I have been referred to seeing a ent at Toowoomba surgeon specialises on this to get filler injections done or stem cell treatment not to sure yet , waiting to see the Dr soon !!
Now I wonder why Sharon you haven’t got many reviews I suppose they must have been poor reviews therefore you have deleted them . So many years in the practice only 6 reviews are you kidding me ????

She operated on my nose twice, and I genuinely can’t say enough bad things about those surgeries, waste of money. Not only my breathing didn’t improve, it got worse and i am medically in need of a 3rd surgery desperately.

Informed me my condition was of high urgency and advised a wait of 3 weeks. 3 months later still waiting. Refused to return phone calls or emails. Was sent to hospital twice by GP but still no response, no follow up and no attempt to bring surgery forward. Terrible experience. Went elsewhere and waited 2 weeks.
