Bunnings North Lakes

Had some minor problems with some batteries for our new mower. Jill and Troy have gone above and beyond with helping me with my issue. I now have my new mower in operation and want to thank Jill and Troy for their help. Very happy with the service I received. Thank you.

I recently received the very best customer service ever from 'Scott', who very helpfully assisted me with selecting and finding the right size blinds for all my house, as well as assisting me with loading them into my car. All his help was very greatly appreciated and made the experience a happy one, and so much more stress free for me.

Scott is a credit to Bunnings North Lakes store. He deserves the Employee of the Month award for sure. 😀

My hubby had a minor incident inside the store, and Troy was very quick to give him first aid.
Good helpful staff.
Also, their cafe shop inside serves good snack options with a friendly smile.
I recommend shopping at this Bunnings for all your home and garden needs.

I had some issues with an online order and Georgia from click and collect graciously stepped in and helped me understand what was happening and fix it for me. She was incredibly helpful, kind. And clam the whole time she was explaining the process . If I have anymore troubles I will definitely be calling and asking for her.

How good is Bunnings. This one is a decent size too. They had the sausage sizzle stand out front on the day. Came to buy paint and supplies. I had an idea of what I was after but didn't really know what brands to choose. A really helpful staff member helped me with my paint and trim selection, gave me advice on rollers and an extension pole to buy and gave me tips on how to clean and store the rollers for later use. Very happy with the service & prices.

Wow! I have to say I have purchased many items over the years and have been happy with the services provided. On this occasion my wife and I met Quinn and he exceed all our expectations. He quickly become invested in our outdoor feature project. He was super keen to assist to make us feel confident with the knowledge he was able to share. BIG Thank you to QUINN & Bunnings. Exceptional customer service. Been stuffed around by another Bunnings, went to North lakes and Quin in BBQs just turned my whole day around. Everyone at the store was pleasant to deal with. Would happily drive an hour out of my way again for the service.

Trevor- what a cracking example of a gentleman and a scholar. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help, and very friendly considering it was almost close time. If you’re perusing aisle 26 and can’t find the right ‘something’, he is your man.

This store are always welcoming and dog friendly. While not all prices are low in unique categories, they are convenient and stock most items needed. Only a couple of times I have had an issue and they were rectified rapidly and professionally. This is a great store, conveniently located and overall, very happy.

Came late in the afternoon, I was informed by Mitch who was in the area, that the trade desk had closed.
This was as he was leaving, presumably at the end of his shift.

He could of continued on, redirected me or became annoyed as others would,

He instead took time to go through my inquiry and helped iron out the details for an order I have in the system.
He was willing, keen and knowlegdeable

Thank you Quin! Exceptional service. Drove from Southside to get the last Victa lawnmower in Australia (apparently!) and he kept it aside as promised. From walking into the store, being greeted by the friendly gentleman with the American accent all the way to the Special Orders desk where Quin kept the lawnmower aside as promised, this Bunnings Store may be the most friendliest Bunnings around. Well done!!

Julie was amazing! She went out of her way to help us find some seeds 40mins before her shift even started. She had such a positive energy and we walked out very happy with our interaction. Thanks Julie! Ps. To whoever was at the door thanks for boosting my boyfriends ego through the roof.

I knowingly purchased christmas lights and you wont guess what happened? They actually worked!!! Almost like I was recieving a product, that I had actually paid for... Its a perplexing conundrum when you realise something you purchased is doing exactly what youpu paid the retailer to supply... I propose thusly...... BUNNINGS WAREHOUSE!!

Today, we had the best customer service, which started from entering and being greeted by a very friendly male staff member. The wonderful service continued with two lovely female staff who were helpful and very engaged with us. They were welcoming and attentive to our Granddaughter as well.
