I looked on line, chose a fan and went in to buy. Unfortunately my fan was a weeks wait, the sales man Alex C was a champion, so helpful, not pushy and I walked out with what I needed.

I visited this store to purchase light bulbs for a caravan, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I was given several options with clear explanation of each item. I have been back a couple of times now and very happy with the stock on hand and service received.

We are super impressed with both the big selection on offer at Lighting Illusiions and their excellent pricing. At the North Lakes store we also really love the welcoming atmosphere and the helpful approach by their knowledgable staff. Nick and Maddy were not only always very positive and friendly, but also really good at explaining their products, comparing different options, and helping us make an informed decision on what best suits our needs. We have purchased quite a few things there now -- new chandelier, several ceiling fans, wall lamps, outdoor lighting, dimmable LED bulbs, smart dimmers -- and we are super happy with all of it. They are our go-to store now for anything lighting related. Even though we have continued to compare them to other lighting retailers, we keep going back to Lighting Illusions in North Lakes.
