Citadines on Bourke Melbourne

Just spent an amazing 3 nights here. Location is perfect, even has a tram stop right outside. Service was first class from everyone. Room was spacious and really clean with comfortable beds and pillows.

Truly enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff was very lovely and welcoming. My room was extremely spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. Location was great as the hotel is literally in the CBD with the free tram right at the front, and many restaurants nearby. Free laundrette is also provided, which is really nice. Will definitely stay here again!

I have given 3 stars for the room because it's quite dark, so you do need to keep the light on whenever you're in the room. It is very clean and quiet. The location is excellent too.I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Just stayed here for the night. If I could give 10 stars for the staff, I would. All the staff were lovely, warm, and welcoming. Management should be very proud of the fantastic service that they are providing. Great CBD location. Close to a great selection of restaurants, China Town and the theatres.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff who efficiently carried out their duties. Location is perfect with tram stop just a few steps away. Plenty of restaurants and eateries close by. My suite was extremely spacious and very clean. Very happy indeed with my eight nights stay.

Excellent location to stay at.
Shops are a walking distance away and several food options on the same strip.

Service was amazing. The receptionists are so nice and friendly.

Rooms are great if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower.

A very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, neat and quiet. I really liked the kitchenette and the small sitting area in the room.
It was very quiet. I couldn't hear people talking in the next room or the banging noise of doors closing.
Very conveniently located in the heart of the cbd with a tram stop right outside of the hotel.
Would definitely stay here again!
My only complaint would be the shower floor needs a good scrub.

Wow is the word that I would use to describe the room here.

It really comes with everything that one could ask for, it could serve very well as a serviced apartment for those looking for longer term accomodations as well

Room was huge and had space for a table, queen bed, sofa as well as space for full kitchen.

Additionally free laundry machine usage was a huge plus factor for me.

The gym was very well equipped, and heated pool was nice to swim in ( could be hotter)

The hotel is pleasantly quiet, with exceptional service and wonderful staff. The rooms are clean and well-kept. Its location is very convenient, surrounded by a variety of food options and shops.

Location is very central, up near the 'Paris' area of Melbourne. Walking distance (or tram distance) to heaps of well known eateries and plenty other CBD landmarks, and notable areas that you might want to visit.

We stayed here for a gig at Rod Laver arena and were able to walk there.

Would book again.

Great spot to stay,close to trams,taxis available( staff will call for you )hotels & plenty of places to eat out.
The hotel has 2 foyers to relax in and swimming pool.
Rooms are very clean,tv,air-conditioned & choice to have rooms cleaned daily or not.

Great location in the Melbourne CBD, booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apart hotel, note that one of the bathrooms is an en-suite and it has a bathtub you stand in to shower. TV provided isn’t the current Gen smart tv, you can mirror your phone or computer but not cast as the tv. The apartment was pretty clean and spacious, service was great. Would book again!

This hotel is centrally located in Melbourne. From here you can easily reach the various sights.

The rooms have all amenities. In the hotel you can also use a swimming pool, sauna and gym.

Amazing service! the Citadines' team were so attentive, followed up with any problem we had and was so quick to address it. Even coming back late into the night, the front desk were so friendly.

My partner and i moved here after we had to leave our initial airbnb due to the host being uncooperative with an issue at the listing. Choosing Citadines was the best choice i made during our trip in Melbourne. They really turned what our trip around. Highly recommended

Had a great stay here and the room was very nice.

Last time I stayed in the city the room was so disappointing. I can't remember what hotel that was but this one was nice.

Check in was a breeze and there is parking next door. The hotel booked the parking for me and I just used a pin code all weekend for access.

One of the room access cards was a bit faulty but the other one worked fine.

The room I had was great with a small lounge and full kitchen in one, with a separate bedroom

Which is great for two people of one wants to sleep and the other get up and watch tv

The gym was also decent but was missing a bench press but wasn't really there to focus on my gains lol

The pool is not bad would be good for laps but not really fun or social.

Clean and comfortable with very attentive staff. Close to all amenities. Some beautiful old buildings in the vicinity Have really enjoyed my stay here.

Very helpful staffs, cleaned and spacious room, perfect location. This is much better than staying at some hotels such as Novotel.

The location is awesome 👍 right in the middle of Bourke Street with a team stop to get you anywhere in Melbourne right out the front! Sunshine and the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are well layed out, clean and tidy and well appointed. The pool is an extra bonus so are the vending machines in reception. You can store your luggage if you are early arrival. The staff changed our room with no hesitation when we found the construction next door a little noisy. We also requested a room that had not had any pets and this was no problem either. Thanks 👍 we will be back!
