The staff were outstanding. All young and often this means poor service, but these young women were turned out and tuned in. Friendly and humorous. Taking the time to really connect and enjoy the customers. Enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely be back.

What an amazing find!! Walked past so many times but this time we stopped. Fabulous service, amazing homemade cakes and the Bacon and egg roll !!!! Incredible! Best $10 i have spent in a long time!! Will be our regular from now !!!

All the ladies are so happy & even when they are so busy, they always have time for their customers. The food is excellent & so fresh. We always stop there when we shop at Kawana.

This Cafe has excellent service, lovely staff very friendly, this is my favourite Cafe to visit when I'm in Kawana. The serving sizes of food is awesome! The food is always fresh.

Love Rafters coffee, just what I need before the shopping rituals...it's made hot and easily lasts the journey... just take gloves to hold the cup... 😂

Great service, great food. Had an excellent iced coffee at a good price. They even offered some water for the dog at the next table. Definately recommended.

This place serves the food well, is in a good location, but the service is unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have been there several times and each time I have felt insulted and not one smile! The staff seem unhappy, the manager seems unfriendly

Perfect coffee and I bought a jam drop biscuit/cookie: fabulous consistency and not dry and not too sweet; just right, coffee was so good too. I didn't have to wait to be served, friendly staff

I had the lasagna and salad, yummo. My wife loved her crumbed fish and salad. Finished with a coffee and vanilla slice.

Great toasty with an amazing ice Latte, coffee and pork hot roll was also yummo. Very friendly costumer service.. will be back .10/10

Staff are always friendly, they go out of their way, very nice food and the atmosphere is very homey it feels like you're sitting in someone's kitchen.

If you want homemade goodies and great coffee with friendly service, this is the place for you! Delicious 😋

Just had the best bacon & eggs. The eggs were cooked perfect. Fantastic and friendly staff. I'll be back again.

Good old fashioned Cafe, easy and simple menu down well, staff are welcoming and friendly, very reasonably priced.

charity is an amazing staff member. she is so friendly and polite and very professional at her job!!!!!!! 10/10 for charity
