My fabulous girls, all the businesses and people that donated prizes, our awesome volunteers, the amazing Jazz Band, who played for free. My lovely husband Joe, who I couldn't do this without. Wow ladies the best seafood basket I've ever had, the scallops literally melted in my mouth. It's great to see that you got your Christmas lunch back up. We will come back and hope the weather treats us all better 🙏

We ordered the veggie burger and the seafood chowder, both were DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend visiting here if ever you’re visiting Russell Island. Staff are friendly and welcoming and service was fast and fantastic

Went for a trip around the islands on the ferry after a disappointing stop at Macleay Island we jumped back on the ferry to Russell island and stopped at Aunty Alice's and we are so glad we did the food was amazing. We will certainly be back.

Faultless attention to delivering firstly designer cool drinks and then the best crepe I've had. Reasonable pricing and serviceable seating.

Was pleasantly surprised by this cafe. First time on the island, stopped at the first place we saw. Quite a big menu and the prices were very reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was perfect. Will be coming back for another Alice burger.

We had morning tea and lunch here. Friendly fast service. We had a seafood basket for lunch which was well priced and tasty. The cafe is well situated with water views, inside and outside seating and a lovely breeze.

We have been several times now, always ordering different menu items & have never been disappointed. Absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend stopping in when you’re on the island.

Good views of the water great evening meals on weekend nights

Lovely ferry ride over to Russell Is, landing as the 4th island on the trip. The ferry runs every half hour. It is just a short walk up a bit of a hill.

Great ladies who looked after us, and it was a quick service. The food was fabulous. Lovely place to sit outside with a sea breeze.
They even had revolving fly deterrers.
Fully licensed.
I can say the seafood crepes were divine and everyone else loved the "Fish Experience", the 250g steak made your mouth water at the sight of it. Apparently the Schnitty could have been a little bigger; maybe they just enjoyed it too much!
The Australian Ice Cream was delish too but the other desserts looked just as enticing.

Prices were really reasonable too.

Only thing was that they played a
Meatloaf cd, and while I don't mind Meatloaf, it wasn't really the most suitable music for senior friends having lunch. When we arrived, there had been beautiful Sth Island music coming from somewhere. Much more suited to a lunch on an island.

We came up for a day to Russell island we got the Alice Aussie burger and the chicken burger. They were absolutely amazing.. Freshly made, large portions and reasonably priced. And friendly service to top

I gave them my 5-Star rating before I even tried their food. It's their service that got me.
On my first visit today, I ordered a seafood basket, a Ned's beef steak burger, and a cheese burger.
I was given 15mins to wait so I went and sat in the car. Before I knew it, they delivered my order to the car.
Oh, by the way.... the meal tasted so delicious. The prawns, calamari and scallops were absolutely tasty and yumful.

We are now locals to Russell island and Aunty Alice’s is definitely the best place to eat in the island. They make an awesome omelette, I can’t really fault anything I’ve eaten except I’ve never finished a meal that’s definitely not a bad thing though. So all thumbs up give Aunty Alice’s a go!!!

As a fan of the “burger that’s almost too tall to hold” I can only rate Alice’s Aussie Burger as a solid 5/5. It has all the works burger essentials. - pineapple egg bacon and tomato and beetroot. Grated beetroot is a revelation to me. No more slices falling onto the plate! The pattie on its own was thicker on its own than some fast food chains’ entire burger. Served with crinkle cut chips. Service was way better than some recent reviews I read, but it’s a burger place during the day so we weren’t expecting table service!
