We went numerous shops trying to find a mattress. If every store that we went to we were hounded by the staff trying to get a sale. When we walked into James Lane, we were greeted, told of the special discount and when we said we were only looking she left us to it Only at the end after we had tried them all and were discussing about one, I looked over and she then came over. We got a great mattress with warranty, and a 100 night's sleep guarantee for a bargain price. To top it off they sell amazing quality furniture as well. If in future we need items this will be the first store we go to ☺

Great service and great quality matresses and furniture

I received outstanding service from the staff on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday Emily couldn’t have been more helpful and I’m not sure of the ladies name that served me on Sunday but she was great too and nothing was too much trouble.

Staff was very helpful, not pushy. Sales are good.

The lady’s at James Lane Toowoomba are very helpful, professional and go above and beyond to assist the customer, the lady’s did a really good job at wrapping my lounge in plastic for me to protect it for travelling thank you.

We love James lane for our furniture needs. We personally dealt with Michelle and she was an absolute blessing. She want above and beyond to ensure everything that we needed was arranged and relieve red in a timely manner. We will continue to deal with Michelle at James Lane in the future for all of furniture needs.

Thank you for efficient service. The mattress is perfect. Being able to do business with no bs when you're busy makes a massive difference and now having to wait weeks or months for it to arrive is the way it should be. I will absolutely be back.
