This place has consistently tasty food, especially for brunch!

The procedure for this place is slightly different to most restaurants as you enter the place, get seated, take the white ticket and you go to the front corner to order your food (and bring them to your table) yourself.

We ordered custard buns - soft and fluffy with a sweet yellow custard filling.
Prawn dumplings- the outer shell is always soft and chewy.
Chicken feet- great flavour.
Beef- chewy and flavourful.
Dim sums- classic and just the right crunch.
Sticky Rice Dumplings- very tasty, filling, and has a little bit of meat in it.

We ordered a plate of small fried fish- visually appealing and light even as a fried dish. This order did take a while to get brought up and we had trouble finding staff to check if it was done. Worth the wait though.

The interior is designed to be spacious and give you that atmosphere of bustle and food. As a result, it can be a little difficult to find staff if you need anything.

Really good Dim Sum and seafood dishes ，the staffs are super friendly and the owner is very passionate and maintains really good customer relations with us, really good Restaurant 👍

If you’ve been to the @sunnybankplaza food court area near the cinemas, I’m sure you’ve seen @goldenlanebne 🙌

Golden Lane is a 500-seater restaurant with a modern design, offering an extensive range of Chinese dishes. They also cater for events such as weddings and birthdays! 🥰

We tried a nice selection of their dishes and we were very happy with the taste, quality and the portion sizes! ✅

Yes, that’s a lot of food 🙂 My favourites were the glass noodles, sizzling lamb, fish fillet in spicy soup and the mini fried buns 🥰

Very good Yum Cha restaurant for lunch
Good flavour’s Chiness dishes and varieties for dinner,

Manager is always trying to provide Friendly customer service even they are busy,

That’s why this restaurant is our regular chinese restaurant,

Their mub crab vermicelli hotpot never disappointed is! I reckon it's the most delicious 🦀 hotpot in Brisbane!

Their chicken was very nice and smooth and most importantly, they have a lot of ginger to compliment it!

The service of the manager is always friendly and look after us very well!

Have been now 3 times. The food has been outstanding every time. Dishes are authentic and of consistently high quality. Yes the service is a little brisk at peak times, but given the popularity of the restaurant, that is to be expected. Highly recommended.

I have no idea what authentic Cantonese yum cha should like but this is good enough for me. Sometimes the noisy and busy environment felt less relaxed. But it seems that it doesn’t bother other foodies. Just eat with the flow.

A+ pricing. Quick and seamless ordering. Mass variety with authentic dishes. Highly recommend for breakfast.

Great food but please make sure to book well in advance if you have a bigger group.

It's clear that the staff at Golden Lane takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers' satisfaction.

In addition to the incredible food and service, the prices at Golden Lane are very reasonable, considering the quality and portion sizes. It's an excellent value for the dining experience you receive.

Very good yam cha with generous servng sizes, and the service was pretty good considering there were hundreds of people dining even before 12pm.

First time here, the manager is very welcoming, the night special are really good, Suitable for couple to dine in.

Golden Lane hosted our Wedding Reception in July, 2023. Nonic and his team co-ordinated the entire event and was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with. The food was fantastic and bountiful. We would recommend anyone looking to host an event to consider Golden Lane as an option.

Yum Cha isn't the same without the trolleys. Great value for money. Excellent food.

Incredibly fast and attentive service from the staff, and the quality of the food is terrific.

If you haven't yet tried their egg tarts, they're worth a go. Can't not go to Golden Lane and have a few of these treats.

Excellent unique dim-sum food experience, local called Nam-cha, it uniqueness is the fried eggplants so crunchy and tasty

Spacious venue ideal for big functions. Yum cha is not served on a trolly, you need to line up and get your food. Service could be improved, seemed like they were short staffed so a lot of juniors who haven't been trained properly. Food is ok, dinner is a bit expensive.

Had dinner with friends on a Friday night, everyone was impressed by the food quality and service. Lobsters with noodles was excellent, fresh and tasty, other dishes are also up to the standard. The manager went the extra mile to ensure we had a good time. Thank you
