In response to the nasty comments left by Sky, I was a customer in the store when you put on your vulgar display. You were incredibly rude to the staff that were only doing their job and managed to reman professional throughout your performance. Another customer mentioned you were videoing everything on your phone. I think that you never going back is the best outcome for the store!

Love the staff at this store. Always friendly and welcoming. They always go out of their way to help yoi find what you are after. Nothing is too much trouble.

ridiculous service staff. i’ve literally bought a litre and a half of alcohol here without being asked for id. i try and buy a single BAG OF ICE and i’m refused (by the same PERSON) because i don’t have ID on me? it’s literally. water.
great way to ruin a store’s reputation.

update: THE SAME STAFF MEMBER. just allowed someone through the register process without asking them for ID. they bought 12 cans of ALCOHOLIC beverages.

Terrible customer service. Staff stood by and watched 80 year old gentleman manually move several cartons of beer to find his brand. Also incapable of reaching over to my trolley to scan my items, so i injured myself trying to place the items within her reach.

Terrible customer service and appalling treatment of customers. Make sure you have your ID on you even if you’re decades older than 18 because the staff fail to use simple common sense. You’re not abiding by the law you’re just loosing customers for being stupid.

The two female staff working at 3.30-4pm on the 3rd August were the rudest most arrogant staff I have even encountered BWS dakabin should be ashamed of their staff, I am a local and I can assure you I will NEVER! Come into this store again and I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this store! The manager Kelly should be taking a very close look at the way her staff are behaving, two other customers I spoke to who were there at the same time will also be making complaints about these two women!!!!!! Disgusting behaviour.

Refusing my 34year order girlfriend 6 bottles of cider as she had no id, while she stood with me (40years old) willing to sell me my drink but not her's, then refused to sell me (6 bottles of cider)as it was for her. The 2 ladies behind the counter had a combined age of over 100 and still no common sense between them. JOKE & DISGRACE. Will never step foot in the place again.

Extremely rude.. the female staff member was dismissive of my question. I will never return to this location again
