Beautiful furniture as promised was more expensive than we wanted to spend but well worth the expense thank you for delivering what you promised. We just finished new flooring and when we came to put the glass in it doesn't fit in negotations with oz design to rectify the problem hopefully will be settled soon Shane and Joy Wise

I have been with my wife shopping at Oz Design. Tracey the manageress has been nothing but totally professional. Her knowledge of the Store and products is a credit to her. She is always pleasant and is not the pushy sales person as previously portrayed in another review. It is a pleasure to shop at Oz Design.

Tracey was incredibly helpful every step of the way. When there were delays in manufacturing due to the lockdown in Victoria, her communications were clear and helpful. I am delighted with my new furniture and would recommend Oz Design to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent service.

Love this shop so much! Staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to help. Most recently bought a dining table, and as we were renovating, asked for it to be held until we needed. Staff member arranged for it to be shipped from warehouse when we were ready . Excellent sevice!

I visited this store last week just to have a bit of a wander around, I was met by a happy lady named Tracey, who was absolutely lovely and helpful....needless to say I didnt walk out empty handed! ...thank you Tracey for the lovely experience i had in store.

Bought a lounge, wonderful service, , well set out, fabulous products, the ladies were so patient and helpful to me choosing the fabric I wanted on my lounge. I am so happy and will be back .

Brilliant customer service

Prices are reasonable

The single most important thing to us upon purchasing the item was when we needed it. It was a couch that was meant for a new house, meaning it was to be picked up when the house was finished. We requested that to be in June, and was assured by the sales person that it was taken care of in words. The documentation was signed off with trust
and promising that the couch will be here in June.

As of today (17/04/21) there has been messages coming to my phone twice a day for asking to have the item picked up FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS(screenshot included). Upon contacting the store, turns out it was NEVER mentioned past the sale (or in writing) about the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT request we had. The only options were to pick it up right away or have it sent back to the warehouse it came from and have it sent back when we wanted at OUR COST. The manager has checked and apparently that was NEVER SAID by us to the sales person.

Trying to reach the said sales person, we found out that they were PROMOTED to elsewhere. Yes, you read that right.

As someone who does not own a car big enough or has the space for furniture to be stored not used, this was annoying to say the least. This cost us in hiring for a vehicle, half a day of travelling back and forth many times and bothering friends for a storage space weeks to come until the house is finished.

I shall not trust OzDesign ever again for this reason and I recommend that you as a customer make sure everything is in writing just so you don't get false promises.

I have no issues regarding other staff who were friendly and tried to help us, but there was so much they could do within the rules they follow. I had no issues with anything else, but like I said, I didn't want a couch for a house with no walls.

Harvey Norman, next door from Oz Design is another place we purchased more items for the house(furniture included). We tell them the same thing, we need it by June. After the sale took place, we get a curtesy call ONCE to let us know that our goods have arrived. We say the same thing and no issue whatsoever. Harvey Norman does have a massive storage space and OzDesign does not, which is NOT our issue and their excuse.

Personally I would not recommend you conduct business with OzDesign, but if you do just know that you might not get what you ask for.

Very disappointed with this company. We were told twice that our furniture would come assembled hence we organised a delivery only to discover it came in compact boxes not assembled. These I could have easily picked up from the store. I then contacted the company and suggested that a refund on delivery would be a good idea but they refused to do this and came up with no solution. I would not recommend this company.

Disgusting lack of service from the young lady at the counter today. Lucky the competitors across the road were much more pleasant and helpful.

Picked up furniture today in this shop, that lady attitude was completely rude.
