For a waterside restaurant, amazing price, amazing location and great taste too. Been here twice already and love everything. Will be back. Highly recommended.

The food is amazing here! All the items were packed with flavour. I ordered padsee ew, singapore noodles, crispy pork and tom yum soup with rice and all came out really tasty! This restaurent looks good in aspect of location and view too, most of all tasty and authentic thai food! I would rank this place 10/10 in terms of flavour.

Heather's exceptional service and infectious smile made our dining experience truly delightful. Feeling genuinely valued as customers, her attentiveness stood out. Rare to find such a dedicated and positive young waiter. Highly recommend!

Will eat here again. Food was lovely and warm and friendly service so why not. I wish they didn't close at 2:30 pm as it would be a lovely place to spend the afternoon relaxing on a Sunday.

We went here last Saturday night 24 Feb 2024. We were unfortunately late for our 630 booking and called to alert staff.

Staff were extremely accomodating when we arrived.

We order the Grilled Beef wrapped in betel leaves for entree plus the bao buns with pork to share. The beef dish was exceptionally fresh and flavoursome so good. The pork on the bao buns was a tiny bit dry but still good.

Our mains came out a little early but staff were very accomodating and positive. They returned them to the kitchen. The Steamed snapper was a huge fillet lovely melting flesh very soy and strong ginger just how I like. The red curry was exception again just the right amount of heat. The coconut steamed rice was so good we wished we had ordered more.

We sidnt realise the Apple Salad was a full meal initself with a choice of meat. We had delicious prawns and a taste of the salad. We took this home to enjoy for lunch the next day packed full of fresh ingredients.

Servings were so big we will probably share next time.

Chatted at the tabled till close and staff were brilliant.

Lovely to sit near the Water and feel the sea breeze during dinner.

I have never been so keen to review a meal or restaurant as I am right now. I haven't even left the restaurant. The green curry is magic, the roti is amazing, the chicken cashew is perfect. I can't recommend this place enough. Ten stars.

Lunch was beautiful. Size portion is great for lunch and for $14. Lovely setting with water views.

Thanks to Sarah and her team (Peter, Lisa and the others), you guys made us feel so special and made our 25th wedding anniversary a memorable one. You provided us with your highest quality of service and our experience was beyond expectation. The flowers also were a delightful surprise and the table settings thoughtful.
Sarah is all hands on, she went around all the tables making sure all customers are looked after and Peter checks on us regularly and Lisa helped decorate our pretty cake.
The food is delicious especially the springroll and korean fried chicken for the entree. Their mains have big servings and the yellow curry with tofu is yummy and snapper is crispy and the sauce is tangy. 🥰 the banquet is value for money and they made sure to prepare the food separately for one of our guests that has seafood allergy.
All the best to your restaurant and will visit each time we head to Sunshine Coast.

I just love this hidden gem! The owners are just so beautiful and the food is spectacular. The cocktails are the best I’ve had! We loved waterfront Thai that much, we had our wedding reception there! They went above and beyond, to make our special day PERFECT! Not one single bad thing to say! Absolute perfection in every way!

Last night I ordered from this place for the first time. Ive only moved to Buddina recently and got lost on the way there! They helped me with directions over the phone of how to find this amazing little restaurant. I took my take away home and was very impressed! Both dishes were bursting with flavor. Absolutely the best Thai I've had for a long time in this area. Do yourselves a favour and eat at Thai Wharf.

We have dined with them several times. The food is so Fresh and delicious, generous portions as well. The staff is friendly and grateful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

Lovely restaurant and amazing, delicious food. Loved the fact that we could BYO wine...service was excellent and we had a lovely table with views out to the water, even though it was a wet night.
Parking was easy at this time of night.

Changed Hands!!!!!
The Waterfront Thai has changed hands, and we went on Saturday. We had meals from the lunch special menu. ($12 plates).
I have nothing but praise for the food, it was wonderful, tasty and perfect for a lunch sized meal, with rice! You did not have to order extra rice, and the staff (owners?), were super friendly and are trying to turn around the bad rap of before and make a good go of it, and they deserve to! It's a lovely setting here and if they keep on track will make a success of it.
