Turbot Street Medical Centre - Open 7 Days

I recently visited this practice as a new patient and the reception staff were so warm and welcoming. I was seen by Dr Dayae Lah who was absolutely lovely and very thorough, she even asked if I needed a doctors certificate which I felt was very thoughtful and caring for her to bring up without being asked. The practice itself is very clean and has an all-round cheery vibe and one of the shortest wait times I’ve experienced. I will definitely be a returning patient to this wonderful practice!

Dr William Lane is such a lovely doctor. He is so kind and professional to his patients giving very practical solutions in an empathetic way. It was a pleasure to meet him today.

Dr Owen is one the most kindest and understanding Doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and the reception staff were very accommodating of my needs. I highly recommend Dr Owen to everyone (especially those like myself who are on the ASD spectrum and have complex needs) - she always makes you feel heard and will advocate for you at every step.

This is the first clinic I have visit in Brisbane after come beck. The receptionists is extremely kind and so professional! I request for appointment urgently for my little one. she is amazing and literally makes me feel so calm, her energy will make you stop worrying immediately! And So, thank you sunny!!

Over the last 3 years, I've seen a few doctors at this practice (notably Dr Alex and Dr Vivian), and all of them have been incredible - amazing bedside manner, high level of procedural skills, and incredibly kind, knowledgeable and understanding.

Of course, with any medical practice, they sometimes run a little behind, but I am more than happy to wait to receive the level of care that I consistently get from these wonderful doctors. The slight wait time also shows that they don't rush you out as soon as your 10 minutes is finished - they truly take the time to listen to you and your concerns.

I have found the reception staff to also be great - always cheery on the phone and more than happy to help (no issue is too big or too small for them)! They're great at what they do, and have always let me know if there was a significant wait.

Overall, I couldn't recommend this practice more!

Giving 5 stars to Dr Will Lane. I have been a patient of Dr Lane for a while and recommend him to everyone I know as i believe he is the best in the business. He has always been upfront and honest during our appointments aswell as kind and supportive and friendly. A clear asset to any practice.

Was able to get an appointment
quickly and they're good about being on schedule. Saw Dr. William Lane, I'm a doctor myself, and this GP practice was recommended by another colleague. I agree, they do a good job and are very organised.

Unfortunately I have to leave this Medical Centre due to moving to the Sunshine Coast. However in my 18 months attending this Medical Centre I have received nothing but professional service from all staff. Reception staff are friendly, courteous and respectful at all times and add a special touch when they recognise you and call you by your first name when you walk into reception.
In particular I would like to sing the praises of my GP Dr Sarah Chu. As per my previous post, Dr Sarah has the patients utmost interest at heart. She doesn’t rush you through the appointment if there are several medical issues to talk about. She asks the right questions to determine the conditions, looks at all the options including having appropriate tests carried out. Dr Sarah has an exceptional ability to fully explain the process, the reasons, the diagnosis and the remedies; and she listens intently to the patients concerns and questions. I have always felt very reassured after each consultation in that I have received the best medical care possible from the Centre and that any medications prescribed are appropriate for my conditions. Thank you Dr Sarah and the reception team for the wonderful caring for your patients. I only hope I can feel as reassured at the next Centre I go to on the Sunshine Coast.

Friendly front of house staff, professional and welcoming environment, easy to book and manage appointments.
The doctors I've seen have been incredibly knowledgeable and have always gone above and beyond, taking the time to listen to my concerns/issues. Couldn't recommend a medical practice higher.

We have visited this facility for 3 years since the day we moved to Brisbane. The care received was always accurate (As good as having a home doctor). We have not been given any inaccurate diagnosis or medication and yes the place does get busy so pre planning your engagements would be wise. Telehealth was great for recurring prescriptions.

The facility is very clean and the reception folks are always respectful. Choosing the right doctor matters especially for chronic conditions and based on my experience and treatments, I've always recommended this centre to anyone I know.

This is the first clinic I have ever visited since I’ve moved to Australia and I could not be more satisfied! I read a review about a rude receptionist, in my almost two years being a regular I have always found the receptionists extremely kind and so professional! Whenever I call I request for Dr. O’Connor, she is amazing and literally makes me feel so calm, her energy will make you stop worrying immediately! And this is exactly what a 21 year old female living across the globe away from her family needs! So, thank you!!

Been attending the clinic for several years. Very convinient and central location in a Woolworths complex. Free parking is also a bonus. Well lit and comfortable waiting room.

Receptionist are always friendly and respectful. Nurses are all professional and the doctors are easy to talk to.

My family and I have been coming to this practice for over 6 years. Although we no longer live in the city, we still come into town because we have trust and respect for the doctors. Doctor Singh is our absolute favourite, but all of the doctors there are excellent. They always talk through the options and their recommendation concisely. They treat you with respect and professionalism. I have not been to a better practice.
