Thoroughly enjoyed completing my First Aid and CPR training with Skills Training College – course was enjoyable and Scott the instructor made it fun while teaching the fundamentals for the course.

I took the FirstAid course and was satisfied with STC content and trainer for thia course. The trainer Shah explained the practical session nicely using good examples and demonstrations. Even online content was well designed.

The instructor was clear with her instructions, very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. A really informative practical course

It was perfect! I have done first aid training/CPR every year for nearly 20 years and this was the best one yet. There was a comprehensive online component and the hands-on training was informative and fun. Our trainer explained things in an easy-to-understand way, taking into account several of my fellow class members whose first language wasn’t English, in a kind way, and yet ensuring that everyone was up to speed with what was required. Good job, Kate!

The course was amazing. Luke is an excellent First Aid Instructor and I really enjoyed his style of training. He has a great sense of humour and his to the point teaching is easy to follow and remember. I can’t believe we got through everything in only 3 hours. The best course I’ve ever been on. I will definitely be coming here in future if needed. Thank you so much.

I recently attended a first aid course that was impeccably presented. The instructor's delivery was engaging, and their expertise in the subject matter was evident throughout the course. They effectively communicated complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, making it easy to understand and retain the information. The course materials were well-organized, and the interactive elements enhanced the learning experience, ensuring that participants were actively engaged and able to apply the knowledge gained. Overall, it was an outstanding first aid course that left me feeling confident and equipped to handle emergency situations.

This course was great. Although the prior learning multi choice quiz was long, and there were a few tricky questions, it did ensure that enough of the material sank in ready for the practical. The practical was very well delivered, thorough, and in an interesting way, hitting the right balance between effective and timely. I will definitely come back here for my renewals.

This course was great. Being able to do the pre course requirements at home in your own time and then just going in for the practical and testing side, made it a smooth transition. The teacher/instructor on the day was very engaging which made it more enjoyable.

I liked learning through this college. The student portal, resources and quizzes were awesome. The instructor for the practical was very knowledgeable. The course moved well and I found that I learnt a lot more than I have in previous classes. CPR and First Aid is such a valuable certificate to have.

I really enjoyed this session, especially when I have been going somewhere else in the past. I find studying online and attending class for 3 hours is perfect for my work lifestyle. Also, I am impress of the teaching method, smaller classes which help understand the teacher (partially deaf) the teacher spoke clear and always face us, he also repeated the students answers to his questions. Which make it easier for me, I'm unable to hear their comments as I’m concentrating with listening and lipreading the teacher. I also enjoy learning the best way with Infant’s CPR. First Aid information and demonstration was great, have learn newer information. I plan to read AGAIN the materials provided online as there so much to read and to re learn.

It was one of the best trainings in recent years I have had. Karen was my trainer and she is a livewire who knows how to engage the audience as well as drive the content.
She made the training interesting and also the bunch of people were with me were very sweet folks,
The venue was excellent.
I am absolutely happy and even could carry the tales and knowledge to my home.

Tbh, I was not expecting too much from this course based on previous first aid courses that I have done with other companies. However, I was exceptionally surprised by the friendly delivery presented by Scott our trainer. He was knowledgeable, provided real life examples and was humerus.
The whole process was easy and I left the course more knowledgeable.

The Trainer was a fantastic teacher, engaging, kept your attention, inclusive, very clear with instructions and demonstration, explaining everything extremely clearly. I felt learnt a lot, the time was worth it and would be confident if anything did happen. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my first aid course at the Thornlie Leasure Centre. The online theory and practical was very informative and I learned a lot. Our experienced instructor taught the class in a humorous manner, and he spoke of real life events and situations preparing us for what could happen & the knowledge to deal with an emergency. Overall it was a great learning experience.
