All Kind Towing

My son had his first ever accident. All kind towing was amazing. They helped him to get to his accommodation and explained everything he needed to do. Communication was excellent and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Recommend them. Special thanks to Reece for going above and beyond to help a shaken young man.

We normally only deal with Billy as he is very good at his job. He is professional but friendly and he is there at the time he says he will be, a man of his word. He is also relatable and a great person. Thanks Billy, see you in future 👋

Fantastic experience with my driver Billy today. My car wouldn't start, and I was stuck in the basement of a shopping centre.

My roadside assist covered the tow, but not the basement extraction. Where others were giving me quotes between $330-$880 without asking about the actual details, he asked about the exact situation and did it for under $200.

The customer service was fantastic, and he was really easy to hear over the phone (which matters when half the people I called for quotes were using terrible hands-free phones that were practically unintelligible)

The extraction and tow went really smoothly as well.

Reece did a great job at the scene of an accident to assist, explained all the details and answered all my questions. As they held the car in their yard (which is undercover) before it went to assessment we got to grab all our belongings the day after the accident.

Chris and his team got the car over to the assessment centre first thing Monday morning, which was fantastic to help the speed of our insurance claim.

I was involved in an accident in Bardon, my partner called All Kind Towing to attend as my car was what ended up being a write off. He was first at the scene before the ambulance and police, his biggest priority was my safety and my health, making sure myself and all involved were okay and that the area of the scene was safe particularly for those still travelling past the accident. His team were able to tow both cars from the scene without any pushy-ness/money focused tactics compared to the another Tow truck company that had turned up to the scene. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and helped explain the process and helped with the process of exchanging details between all parties involved in the accident. Highly recommend !

It didn't take long for them to come. They took a careful assessment of the situation, before securing the rear, and with a few quick jerks, everything was all over and I was really satisfied.

My sister got into an accident and the tow truck driver tried to charge her $3900, so we sought another tow company to confirm if the price was right. I spoke with someone here who was so kind, said it's supposed to be a maximum of $350 and offered to do it for cheaper. Unfortunately, the police wanted the car towed straight away so we couldn't use All Kind Towing. But, they still offered to call the tow company that was already at the accident, to help us tow our car for a lower price. After they provided us with ample information on the tow and how much the tow should be, we were able to get the tow price down. I really wish we could've used All Kind Towing for our tow, thank you so much for helping us during a vulnerable time.
