Metro Radiology

This was my first time having an MRI scan and I’m so glad I chose Metro Radiology. I was so nervous beforehand but the lovely ladies who did my scan were so patient, kind and caring that I needn’t have worried at all. It was a very smooth and relaxing process. All the staff were friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend them.

The ladies have all been very kind and helpful. Had a MRI scan here twice and was amazing. Appointment is highly recommended and waiting area has TV and water for your comfort. Speaking of comfort, due to the position I had to lie during the MRI scan, the lady was extremely friendly and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. Foam and pillows was used to support my body parts and I was being offered a blanket for warmth. Reports are available within 24 hours.

I had a wonderful experience here, super friendly staff and an inviting space. Tammy was a great sonographer and a highlight to my pregnancy journey. There are out of pocket costs but you do receive a Medicare rebate.

receptionists do everything to make sure you get appointments and followup treatment as soon as possible. So the turn around from Doc to treatment is fast. Billing is done with ease. Radiologists I give 10/10 too. Excellent service.

This is one of the best radiology I have ever seen, everything organized everybody polite , I fact they understand you, congratulations for their success .

Hi there - I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Metro Radiology enough. My doctor requested an urgent scan for my son and all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure the scan was performed as soon as possible (within an hour of the referral), the results were available soon after, not to mention the wonderful emotional support I received from all of the staff on that day. Thank you and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough <3

I recently had to go for an ultrasound as a routine check. Metro is a new practice in Ashgrove, parking is easy and their facilities are modern and pleasant. Reception staff were helpful and the Sonographer was highly experienced, actually she was also a lecturer in sonography at QUT. I am an ex radiographer myself from many years ago so I kinda know what to look for!

They needed to do a CT, and that was booked in promptly, and also was a very easy professional experience. I was a bit nervous, having experience in the industry decades ago, about having a contrast injection, but I hardly even felt it.

Overall a very professional experience, and total cost = $0 thanks to bulk billing.

This organisation thinks out side the box. My husband is a tetraplegic and they were able to take the X-ray while he was in his chair. Well Done!

The staff are excellent they confirmed the cost during the booking and during the procedure explained everything in detail. I was also shown the scans and an explanation was given.

I have been here on and off for the last couple of years and have always been impressed with the quality of service so much so that I'm writing this review something I rarely do.

I had a CT with contrast and the Radiographer was so precise and gentle. Very professional establishment. Highly recommend👌👌
