Bang Bang Chicken

Very happy with my first time order. Spicy and actual good flavour. Customer service was great and I got extras chucked in for free. Lovely man with a positive attitude served us at the time.

I'm shocked by all the negative reviews of this place because I've never had any issues in all the times I've ordered from them. The chicken burgers are food coma worthy and the chips, ohhh the chips. Other places don't cook the chips enough and then just send them off barely warmed up. Bang Bang cooks them til they're golden brown and crispy. Then they season them just right with chicken salt. As a full time student who gets the occasional comfort food craving, this place makes me cry happy tears. Thank you Bang Bang for doing it right. Bless yas.

Delicious + really affordable

My delivery order was screwed up and theres no way to contact your store

Order was delivered missing 2 of the 4 items ordered. It is not possible to contact the store directly. UberEats refused to refund any money. The food that was delivered was stone cold upon delivery.
Would recommend not buying food from this store as there is no accountability, not contact details, no quality control and mostly awful reviews.

BIRKDALE STORE -
Going outside and eating dirt would be a much better meal than wasting money and eating from here.
Spent $150 and took all of it back only to walk in to the store empty every table with rubbish from previous customers and 4 young staff members all male sitting in a booth on their phones. One asked me what I would like and I showed him the entire order and receipt and he said yeh we don't do refunds here you need to call uber and sort it out through them. Less than interested and I'm sure management would be disgusted in the state of the food they're sending out and the lack of customer service in person was foul. No idea how they still have a job.
Don't waste money here

Tasteless chicken. Everything bland. Whoever said this is tasty obviously has a connection to the store
Because it is Shhhhhhht It’s like they boiled chicken and deep fried it with no seasoning. Burger was tasteless. How are they still in business

Waited 90 minutes for my Uber eats order before they decided to cancel it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
