Best butcher I've ever experienced. Staff is absolutely wonderful and show a high level of passion. Only quality goods come out of this great establishment with exceptional consistency. The only option as far as I'm concerned.

This really is a one-stop shop - I can purchase the most amazing nutritious grass-fed meat products and all the organic fruit and vegetables I need to prepare tasty, yummy meals. My family thrives on a paleo type of lifestyle and there are so many gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free options available. The customer service from all the team is always so warm and friendly. Thank you team!

Wow! What a great butcher shop! They have cuts of high quality meat I have not seen in other butcher shops or supermarkets. Not only do they have high quality meat, but they also have small goods and cheeses. And while I was there they were stocking a new fridge with craft beer...how good is that!? Everything you need for a barbecue...meat and beer.
They also sell various rubs and sauces to compliment your barbecued meat as well as other accessories. The member of staff pointed out different cuts and described the way he prepared them as a meal for his own family. If you are serious about the meat you eat the Paddock Butchery is definitely the place you need to visit. If you feel jaded by the quality of meat you have been buying from the supermarket then this is the place for you. So highly recommended.

I cannot express how amazing the paddock is. Do I start with the amazing quality of meat ?! The awesome ready made meals?!(the potatoe salad is hands down the best pre made i have ever had) .The prices or there specials?! The friendly team? The fact that they are open until late. I cannot explain how great this butcher is. Do yourself a favour and go support these. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing, tasty and they have a wide variety of meat. Fantastic service while being friendly. The atmosphere as you walk in is astonishing and behind the counter looks amazing and very clean! Would definitely recommend.

Mate! I bought beef ribs and slowed cooked them the next day for 4.5 hours like I do with all ribs but these are levels beyond anything I’ve ever tasted and that includes any restaurant I have visited. I thought I’d give this place a go and I’m glad I did, the biggest and juiciest ribs you could ask for. You can taste the quality and you can appreciate it with very bright.. unreal! I’ll be back for more than ribs next time fellas. This is a local business supplying exceptional produce.

After reading the reviews I drove from Warwick to buy meat here and was not disappointed. Exceptional quality, lots of options and very helpful staff made it a great shopping experience. It’s great to have an old fashion butcher still around. What tops it off is the fresh produce, condiments and excellent coffee and pies they also offer. Will be making this a weekly pilgrimage!

Best selection of meats and drinks in one spot

Ordered some toasties at the Shed (fresh) to toast later that day for lunch. They smelled amazing before cooking. Everyone in my staffroom was envious come lunch 😆 Quick and friendly service, easy to get in and out of back onto the main road. Will definitely be back.

I always get the chicken thigh freshly minced for my dishes. The Paddock team is very professional and provide exemplary customer service. Best place in Toowoomba for fresh meat!!!

Visiting from WA. Warm cosy setting on a wet cold day. Friendly staff. Had delicous steak sandwich special with beer included. Have already recommended to others staying in tourist park.

Beautiful butcher with do many choices. Dry aged meat which is hard to find. Not cheap but super quality. Love it.

Service by Daphne was Faultless , I had the Ribs, probably the best I’ve had anywhere ! The IPA 🍺 Brewed on site was really nice too!

Coffee was absolutely to die for and the Bacon and egg toastie 🤤 i had to pull over to eat because I couldn't concentrate while driving it tasted so good!!
The only negative is it wasn't and endless cup of coffee and a never ending Bacon and egg toastie 🤣

My go to place for fresh organic meat, veg and fruit. The staff are so kind and helpful. The drive thru service is very convenient. My family and I love to shop here.

Very high quality meat. Nothing is ever too much of a fuss. Cannot speak higher of this business, it’s employees, the cleanliness and the quality. Open after 5pm through the week which is very handy and also Saturday’s.
