Great service. Helpful at reception. Didn’t have to wait long to see Dr. Greta. Was good to have an appointment with my doctor from previous years. She’s Amazing and is very dedicated to all her patients. Thoroughly recommend her.

Professionally run clinic. My regular doctor is very thorough & caring, always putting me at ease with any health issues. The clinic is clean & the girls on reception are warm & welcoming. Appointments are usually on time otherwise waiting time is minimal.

The team here are the most invested and compassionate medical professionals. They care deeply about you as a patient and human being. Big shout out to the doctors of the past and present (including lovely Dr Nina). Love the work of the receptionists, too, who have often gone the extra mile to provide accommodations and additional support/resources.

My appointment had been mistakenly canceled by Hot Docs. Dr Roy very kindly made time to see me for a medical consult in spite of being very busy. He was terrific! , very thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Terrific clinic. Professional friendly staff, rarely kept waiting very long past appointment time. Have seen several different doctors and am really impressed with everyone I have seen. Usually can book my preferred GP within a week or so.

Such a great Doctors office. Receptionists are lovely, and Dr. Mehru Shakeel is great!

I've been attending Doctors of Northcote for about eight years now.

Due to a complex medical history at both family and personal level I've always needed to find a practitioner and practice who works with me.

The reception staff have always been professional and friendly towards both myself and my husband. Willing to communicate quickly with my GP and call me asap if needed.

I regularly see Dr Chua (and before him it was Dr Wong) and if he's unavailable I've always been happy to see someone else as they take the time necessary to look at both my history and current medications, while also listening to why I'm there/doing a phone consult on the day.

My husband has a natural distrust of doctors due to previous history and since his first appointment here has felt that trust restored.

For those who are on a pension, it's up to you to discuss with the GP on your first visit whether they're willing to apply bulk billing for you.

I've seen a few doctors here and all have been excellent including Drs Sutton, Mendoza and Rubenstein. I recently saw Dr Michael Barrett and he was brilliant with my toddler, and really helpful in his advice.

One of the best medical centres I've been to. It was a great experience from the initial phone call to the actual appointment itself. Reception was very friendly and professional. Facilities were modern and clean. I was seen promptly as per schedule which is quite rare (although it also helped that it was a Sunday). Dr Nina Mendoza was very thorough and without missing a beat, she had a slew of options to look into. It's been challenging finding a GP in Melbourne (after moving from Sydney), but I would definitely come back here.

Absolutely fantastic experience as always, been seeing the drs here for about 4 years now - with a break due to living elsewhere - and can highly recommend all of them. Beyond helpful, understanding and professional. Best GPs and women's health doctors in my opinion in all of Melbourne

Only recently started seeing a GP at this clinic Dr Kelly, who is very personable, knowledgeable and takes the time to go through all my issues. Equally the admin/ reception team are all so warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Doctors of Northcote…. great clinic!!

Easy, fuss-free appointment. Wait time was minimal. The Dr was thorough and actually listened to my concerns. She booked a follow-up appointment for me in the consult. Highly recommend!

Very well medical center, the staff were all really lovely and accommodating. The wait was short, and Jenny (the GP) was fantastic, would really recommend her.

Dr Jenny Bui is an incredibly attentive and caring doctor. We never felt rushed in the appointment and she took the care to make sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly. Thank you Dr Bui!

Similarly to the other reviews, I've had nothing but positive experiences at Doctors of Northcote.
I've had extensive experience as a patient in primary and tertiary health services and both Dr Simon Bird and after he moved on, Dr Claudia Ventii have been exceptional and made an enormous difference to my quality of life.
Dr Ventii is both kind and thorough and experienced in a wide range of issues. She adopts a holistic approach which I'm so grateful for.

I used to get anxiety going to the GP since most of my experience has always been negative and the gp being condescending. I regularly have been seeing Dr. Ratan Mandal, and he’s very kind and understanding. Not bulk-billed but super worth it, you are paying for the quality of your care.

I needed some stitches removed following a minor procedure and found an appointment available at short notice over Christmas-New Year. Courteous and helpful staff. Overall, a positive experience.

I just had my 4th COVID-19 Vaccination at Doctors of Northcote and found all the staff very supportive and made me feel very comfortable with my experience. I highly recommended Doctors of Northcote. Doctors of Northcote are a great team who make a person feel they are in good hands.
