It was my first time getting a blood test and the lady was very calm and I felt very comfortable. Even an option to lay down if you're feeling worried.

Struggled all week trying to get a Urea breath test at SNP but kept being redirected and not contacted. QML’s website showed me exactly which of their branches did the test, and I was easily able to go in and get the test done along with a blood test. Quick, easy and friendly service.

I went to get blood and urine test on the 13th November at 830am. Always a bit nervous getting tests, the two ladies that were on duty were so friendly and approachable and may the entire process so easy. I was in and out in 20 mins with everything done and complete. Couldn't have been any easier or more pleasant. Highly recommend

I had a blood test this morning around 8 am. It was quite busy. Only one young male staff to provide the service. I can tell he tried his best to reduce people's waiting time. He was very friendly and efficiently with very professional skills. I knew that my blood vessel was not clear to find, but he could quickly found it in my arm to take blood sample without pain. Highly recommend this young male staff.

The lady working here this week was very kind, patient and efficient, and helped me get multiple tests done over multiple days, thank you :)

Lady was lovely and amazing at her job, found vein quicker than most and needle hardly hurt couldn't feel vial change overs either or needle exit. Super quick and efficient visit. Comfortable centre. Large waiting area and open hour earlier than most qml

Nice people and quick process

Nice enough place with a reception (so you are not left in a waiting room, wondering if there is anyone actually in the collection rooms as has been the case at other places)

Caring approach taken by staff and, importantly for me due to a medical phobia, option to have the test done laying down rather than on the "throne".

I was there an hour ago with my wife and the Asian lady talks very loudly with uncomfortable voice to us.. I don’t know if she was in a bad mood or not. But she must know how to welcome the customers gently or leave the reception for skillful people.

Irate collector on Saturday had to close up early yelling at customers and turning people away saying it wasn't fair on her because she had to get to another collection centre. The collector on Sunday was an absolute angel - gentle, calm and efficient. What a contrast.

The actual staff members aren’t bad, but there’s one person manning the collection centre at the times I’ve come. Prepare yourself for a wait, don’t come here if you’re in a rush or don’t have flexible work hours.

Wait time was 1.5hrs.

Slowest and longest ever time I have ever had to wait to give a blood sample and no! It’s not a busy day there is hardly anyone here!
