Came here more than 5times, their Takiyaki has a lot of Octopus 🐙 They have the best Takoyaki in Brisbane!! Salmon salad and other dishes are good too 🥗 waitress always kind as well🙂

I had an extraordinary experience at the revolving sushi restaurant! The flavors were exceptional, the service was top-notch, and the prices were reasonable. A perfect trifecta of satisfaction that left me thoroughly impressed.
Highly recommend!
It's a place I want to visit every day.

It's actually a 5 starts yet sushi restaurant, but as every dish only cost you $3.5AUD, it become a very value choose for you to go when you want to enjoy sushi and don't want to sit in a crowd！

Unlike other sushi place nowadays, chefs are still hand made each rice pice for their sushi, and the amount of the material they put on could surprise you. But on the other hand, because the hand made rice pice and huge amount of materials, there is still space to improve for them to find a perfect harmonious for their sushi.

Moreover, sushi chefs are not only make sushi from menu but also some hidden dishs! So if you want some rare sushi, you can kindly ask them, they might be able to make it for you.

Finally, don't forget to ask to become their VIP member, it cost you nothing, but you can start to collect reward point and use for your future experience.

不同於時下大部分的連鎖壽司店，本店家的壽司師傅們仍然手工捏製自己的握壽司，而且不吝惜用料，尤其軍艦壽司上的用料保證讓你吃得滿足滿意。不過另一方面來說，手捏壽司以及過度的用料也可能造成部份壽司的不協調，所以仍有可以進步的空間。

壽司師傅們常會突發奇想的做出一些隱藏菜單的菜色，所以如果你有什麼想吃的壽司不妨問看看師父，也許有材料且師父心情又不錯的狀況下可以為您特別客製喔！

This is an above $3.50 per plate sushi restaurant, although they have less variety. They don't offer "raw" tuna, buri, madai, octopus and shrimps but still have most of Australian popular sushi. Good value, fresh materials and excellent service! I will visit this place regularly when I fancy about sushi and recommend to friends.

I had a sashimi plater then ordered spicy chashu Ramen. I asked extra chilly sauce and it was so good which removed my hang over!

Been eating here for a little over 3 & a half years now. Have to say this lil sushi joint has been one of the best I’ve tried. Always going around to sushi trains or smaller Asian food chains & they all have the same tasting food, mostly because of the quality of ingredients you can get here in Aus without paying ridiculous prices. While this place has the same fantastic golden curry 🍛 that you can get everywhere, they have quite a few unique flavours/Brands you won’t find elsewhere, for instance my favourite is definitely the teriyaki chicken 🤤 I could eat at that every week easily, the rice 🍚 is a little dry occasionally if you order towards the end of the day / rush hours but the effort they take with each meal & they cater to people’s requests without hesitation. Just fantastic people. If you’re looking for something quick & delicious seriously try this place out!

Solid food, very nice. All the plates being the same price makes math easy heh. Also there's cute lil cat designs on these dishes.

Had lunch at Sushi Go-En with my wife and loved the experience. Some of the best sushi we have experienced. The sashimi was so fresh and served the way it should be. Spicy Karage Chicken was fresh, crunchy and full flavoured. seared Aburi's were yum! (we had the volcano, seared beef and seared scallop). Will definitely be coming back whenever we are craving a sushi hit.

Sushi Go-En looks very humble on the outside but it has the best sushi I've ever had in Brisbane, including places that are much more expensive and fancy. I've been coming here every week for the last 3 years. The train options can be limited in non peak times but do not hesitate to just order any sushi off the menu and it will be prepared fresh (and very fast) for you. Very affordable compared to other popular sushi places. I highly recommend the teriyaki chicken cheese special roll (made with cream cheese) and the spicy chicken karaage side and the BEST salmon aburi I've ever had. I am shocked the great sushi they can produce from such a small kitchen.

I've lived close by to sushi go-en for 3 years, they do the best karaage chicken I have ever had. They are also consistently great quality. Now I'm moving and I'm sad I won't be able to enjoy their food. I have hope for the future

Finally a place that does Karrage Chicken rice bowls that are amazing. By far one of the best places I've been too. Absolutely delicious!!!

My go to is the Karaage chicken rice bowl, I have never been disappointed! Many other sushi places have sharply increased prices, reduced there bowl size and don't even fill the smaller bowl to the lid! Go-En has increased prices slightly BUT still have the same size bowls and always fill it to the top!

A pleasant surprise, clean, friendly staff and fresh ingredients used in the Sushi.
